The location - it's 3min walk from St Mark's Square. The staff could have been more helpful. I slept on a folding bed in the 4-persons room: it was not very comfortable. The room looked far worse than the ones on the pictures. They put men and women together, so you never know with whom you're going to share the room. Was OK with me but you have to be aware of it. We had just one key to the room, and the door was damaged. And the breakfast costs 5 euro - you basically get some cereals and a tea or coffee, nothing more. It's better to eat outside. I could go there again, but the description is not accurate. |

the location because it is near the center of venice. I also like the front desk staff coz they are very accomodating and try their best to help you The room smells. It has that nasty smell, sour smell. And there is no elevator. With my heavy luggage, it was really a hard one to do. |

The location is very good. Might be a better hotel with small effort. The hotel is actually a good one but I do not why , the TV , the head lamp, the phone were not working. I told in the first nigth my complaints to the receptionist but nothing changed in the second night . I repeated my complaints when they asked cash payments instead of credit cards (POS machine was not working neither ) while checikng out they had a %5 discount). This was something at least. |

The hotel staff were lovely - Italian and helpful and friendly but I love early morning tea as I am a very bad sleeper and the night hotel porter (Eastern European) was absolutely dreadful he was boiling water in the kitchen, I was holding a cup and saucer with a tea bag in my hand and he just refused until I had a major row with him to give me just a cup ful of boililng water for my tea . The fact that I wanted to kill the hall porter |

Good location near St Marks Square, allowed us to leave our luggage on last day while we finished our sightseeing. Quite dirty, very tired decor, carpets with holes, poor breakfast with little choice, mold in bathroom and cracked tiles. St Marks bells wake you up at 7am. |

Discover the beauty of Venice, while staying in a family environment. Hosted in an 18th century building, Hotel Antico Panada boasts a tradition that dates back to 1889. |
Centrally located in the historic centre of Venice, the hotel is just a short distance away from La Fenice Theatre, St Mark’s Square and the Rialto Bridge. |
Housed in a large, historic building from the 15th century, Hotel Continental overlooks the Grand Canal and enjoys a great location a few steps from the train station. |
Hotel San Moisè is composed of 1 building located 200 metres from Venice’s La Fenice theatre with its own private garden and another 16th-century building offering lovely canal views. |
