Quiet ambiance in the hotel and surroundings

I have travelled extensively over the years it Italy. I've logged over 450 nights. Hotel Astoria is at the top of my list in almost every category. The family run hotel is above average in every way. From being greated by the owners when you arrive to being escorted to your automobile or other means of transportation when you leave. We have stayed at this hotel previously and will continue to do so in the future when we are in this area. The in hotel dining room serves only three or four entrees per evening which are above quality and more than fairly priced. The service by the wait staff is excellent. A property where you total relax and be imersed in the Italian phrase "piano,piano" beautiful grounds, wrap around covered porches, elequently decorated in all the public areas with several sitting rooms. As you can tell we are sold on this hotel and which we wish we could move it around with us each time we go to Italy.

Lovely Tuscan Hotel very basic as all of northern Italy rooms re, which is part of the charm of visiting the region. we have been to Montecatini many times and this is a great base, the town is very close and please visit the local restauranrs as there are many and the food is exelant. look for some off the more off the main stream and you will be suprised at the quality.

The pool was heated (unusual for Italy) very clean. Staff very friendly and overall very good. Breakfast very typical Italian cold buffet and sweet pastry.

Fantastic hotel in a lovely location. Pool was great! The room was cleaned with new sheets and towels everyday. The staff were excellent, very helpful and friendly. Also having free bike hire was an added bonus. The location is quiet and there are a few restaurants of fair/good standard. We opted for the location as it was a 10 minute walk to the train station and a good location to explore the surrounding areas e.g. Florenece by train.

The shower was useless!

It was our second time in Astoria and felt like revisiting friends. Welcoming, friendly, professional.

Personeel was erg behulpzaam. We hadden een ruime kamer met balkon.

La posizione.

Camera tipo fai da te. La prima offertami era un disastro in rapporto allla cifra richiesta. Le sedie sul terrazzo non erano usabili da quanto arrugginite, lo sdraio era sporco. Insonorizzazione dal corridoio eguale a zero. Quello che ho trovato offensivo é stato che I giornali esposti erano 4, nessuno dei quali di idee progressiste. Vergogna. Le quattro stelle dovreb-bero domenticarsele..Il vostro voto mi ha tratto in inganno.

la posizione, davvero ideale; il giardino e il parco pubblico circostante; la comodità, estrema, alle terme; il silenzio attorno alla struttura; la cortesia dello staff; il prezzo corretto; la camera spaziosa e funzionale; la colazione a buffet, ampia e completa.

I bagni non sono moderni, ma sono pulitissimi e ben funzionanti

Frühstück war wirklich gut; Zimmer für 3 Übernachtungen ok; Zu dem Preis den wir bezahlten, würde ich das Hotel jederzeit wieder nehmen

War zwar nicht so dramatisch, aber wenigstens ein deutscher Fernsehsender für den Abend im Hotelzimmer wäre nicht schlecht gewesen.

Vriendelijk personeel en prima ontbijt. Florence goed bereikbaar met de trein.

colazione ottima e stanze ampie e pulite con grandi finestre.

Frigobar in camera vuoto, neanche acqua che abbiamo dovuto pagare extra. asciugamani molto spartani...

Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo, staff sempre a disposizione, camere molto confortevoli.

Cortesia, disponibilità

bagno poco illuminato, colazione non offriva varietà di salato,espositori dolci senza coperchio,frigo senza alcuna bibita o acqua. Dubito se consiglierei Astoria

- La posizione tranquilla immersa nel verde. - Il posteggio per la macchina accanto all'Hotel e inoltre anche incluso nel prezzo. - Conessione Wi-Fi (anche se non l'abbiam usata) disponibile a quanto pare in tutto l'Hotel.

- Camera NON insonorizzata. La sveglia della camera accanto ha svegliato pure noi! Si sentiva qualunque rumore proveniente dalla camera accanto! - La doccia e gli infissi del bagno avevano bisogno di una ristrutturazione. - Il buffet della colazione non era granché. Può andar bene per un albergo di 3 stelle. - La cena consumata in hotel è stata di scadente qualità e inoltre non c'era una grande scelta.

Удобное расположение на краю парка и в двух шагах от Терм Тетуччио, где пьют минеральную воду. Семейная атмосфера, любезные хозяева, дружелюбный персонал, всегда готовый помочь. Вкусная еда и вино, великолепные десерты. Понравилось, что официантки накладывают еду с блюда, поэтому их можно во-время остановить!

Very friendly and helpful staff, delicious food and wine, family atmosphere. Very good value for money.

There wasn't anything we did not like.

Хороший отель, внимательный персонал, близость к термам Tettuccio, прекрасный вид на старый город.

отсутствие звукоизоляции между номерами, но кажется, что это проблема всех отелей. старая сантехника.

Cortesia stupunda e cucina ottima. Vicinissima alle terme. L'Astoria secondo noi può essere paragonata a una signora di una certa età, forse con qualche ruga, ma con una grande classe, fascino e cortesia.

Lage zu den Termen. Essen gut.
