Very central locaion and most helpful staff at reception. Very nice pool area and lovely breakfast

The bedrooms need upgrading to bring them in line with the general public areas

Old rooms and furniture. Carpets were old and worn.

The atmosphere was like in old good times - service was excellent, the breakfast and dinner were best of the kind. The dinners are gourme. The town is located in a good place thinking about exploring Pisa, Lucca and Florence. The area is also good for cycling. There are beautiful mountains near by, but the mountain roads are only for experienced cyclicts. The hotel is also excellent place to slow down and relax.

The hotel was in a good location: it was a short walk to the spas and shops etc. The staff were very helpful and friendly, especially the waitresses in the dining room.We enjoyed our evening meals in candlelight : the quality and quantity of the food was very good. The hotel held a special fiesta dinner outside during our stay with a 6 course meal and entertainment. The pool area was clean with plenty of sunbeds and a useful bar close by. We had a superior room which had been updated with a lovely spacious bathroom. However, the standard rooms looked fine. We were well looked after and enjoyed a relaxing break.

Not a hotel problem as such, but make sure you take and use mosquito spray! Our break was in August.

Во время проживания в Астории запомнилось заботливое ,приветливое отношение персонала ,прекрасный вид на холмы ,отель, утопающий в зелени. Термы Теттучио,большой ухоженный парк с другими источниками находится в шаговой доступности,Прекрасное место ,где можно полностью расслабиться и получить незабываемые впечатления.

Несколько старовата мебель ,сантехника,но соотношение цены/качество удовлетворяют спрос .

La vicinanza alle terme

La camera in stile molto vecchio, con mobili vecchi e diversi tra loro. Il bagno e la doccia con incrostazioni e sporco. Nella doccia capelli lunghi. Non dava assolutamente l'idea del pulito e igiene.

Le camere in offerta era in una piano a parte seza ascensore

Colazione non ricca ma accettabile. Ottima posizione per raggiungere le Terme Tettuccio.

Arredamento vecchio e camere bisognose di restyling

gentilezza cortesia e professionalità non sono mancate; ma l'hotel classificato 4 stelle forse negli anni 70, no nel 2011, mi spiace dare un giudizio negativo ma è quello che io penso.

Accueil correct; placement bien, tranquille.

wir wurden in ein altes kleines Zimmer einquartiert. Ich habe mich dann im Internet schlau gemacht, welche Kategorie angeboten wurde. Und welche ich gewählt hatte. Da ich eine bessere Zimmerkategorie, mit einem höheren Preis gewählt hatte, zeigte ich dies dem Chef, der aber versicherte, dass es nur eine einzige Zimmerkategorie gibt. Ich bestand aber darauf, ein grösseres Zimmer zu bekommen, da ich auch mehr bezahlt habe. am nächsten Tag hatten wir dann ein angemessenes Zimmer.....
