The hotel definitely needs new air conditioners, I stayed in a room just under the roof(last floor) during a hot summer night and it felt like being in Furnace Creek, Death Valley, ca... Furthermore I was asked to pay the check before even entering/seeing my room :-/

Some insects or bugs bite my legs it at the hotel and my legs are fully red bloody wound. Dont go this hotel if you like your body...

Price and location was very good for what we needed. The air conditioning in the room was very old and didn't really work properly. It was almost 40 degrees in Bologna so we didn't sleep well at all!

+Breakfast was good +clean, good cleaning staff -Cold in room, no manual heater -internet not working in room, although advertised -attitude of receptionist unfriendly and repulsive: "you are not paying extra for internet, so don't complain" -courtyard not cleaned of snow -water not hot, shower cabin in bad shape

I stayed for one night! The staffs are very helpful and friendly! The room is very spacious and clean. The location is very close to city center and central train station. I would recommend this hotel to everyone! Nothing I do not like!!!

The location In our first room heating was not working. We got another room where heating were working in the room but not in the toilet. The second day (31st december) around 7pm the hotel run out of hot water... In general the hotel was ok but very little value for money!

Clean, large room. 2 times the hot water run out and had to wait for an hour to take a shower. Also the heating in the room was broken and we were supplied with a small fan heater.

Close to city center and train station, nice spacious room and a big balcony, bed was comfortable, table was good for writing, powerplugs are all in the right places, heating was excellent. Enjoyed my stay here.

Close to the central railway station and the airport. I would recommend this place only if you are strictly looking for a place to sleep and eat and wouldn't mind some noise. - Heating only works for 3-4 hours a day. - Old fashion rooms. - Bathroom has a hole in the middle to drain water as there is no separate basin under the shower. - Noisy corridors. - Very small bar so you have to eat your breakfast and leave quickly for other people who are waiting.

Confortable, reasonable prize (ca 50 euros with breakfast) through booking.com. - Few restaurants in that area. - Terribly noisy some nights. Ongoing work upstairs or in nearby house in the middle of the night, and noise from the hallway. Closing the firedoors on each floor helped a bit. - When asked to book a taxi, the hotel contacted a driving (black?) service rather than a regular taxi. The price to the airport was about twice that of a regular taxi!

Very good price for double room with included breakfast, the hotel is also quite centrally located. Free internet. Check-out at 12. At quiet street, there is no much noise even at open window The breakfast finishes very fast, around 9 there was no even bread left. The variety (even before everything to finish) was comparably poor for buffet breakfast. The hotel parking is paid.

It was a convenient location. Hotel staff were very nice. Breakfast was lovely. We had a room facing the street and it was quite noisy, however we did sleep. Our daughter and sister in law had a garden view room and it was quiet. Their bathroom shower was very small and they both had trouble having a shower.

The breakfast was very good and the outdoor living area at the rear was very good. Found the air conditioning setup not great as appeared to be controlled from the office with it sometimes not switched on.Once asked about it it was turned on.

Excellent welcome, multi-lingual staff. Good breakfast. Very clean bathroom. The position couldn't be any better. Easy access to the station with a suitcase, good restaurants around the hotel. I felt extremely safe walking alone at night as a stranger in the town. The historic centre is really very close. Perhaps a little noisy if your room is at the front of the hotel. The air conditioning was rather noisy too but I was able to switch it off!
