Good choice for car travellers: private parking is nearby and not a high price. Staff was helpful and friendly. Well, it's almost all you need if you want to have a good sleep, shower and breakfast. Location is not the best - it'll take time to get to city centre (~20 min walking).

Breakfast was very good. Big choise of food (croissants, jams - many types, fruits, ham, cheese, salami, eggs, musli ...). Room was large and good furnished. Bathroom was large as well. Very clean hotel with good location.

I really liked the staff, they were very friendly and they do speak English. There were no problems with comunication and anything else :) I definitely recommend it!

Nothing there service is very very POOR.

The staff was absolutely helpful on all issues, especially Evgeniy, the receptionist from Moldova. Breakfast was pretty good, with salami, ham, cheese, cereal, jams, juices, quite ok. The room was astonishingly large, with a double bed and a nice couch, bathroom with a bathtub, also spacious. Considering the price (around 50 euro per night), I must say it was such a bargain! Also, it is possible not to use the paid garage and park the car just outside the hotel. Helped us save 36 euro for two nights, thanks to Evgeniy's hint. Definitely recommend the hotel to everyone. Also noticed Michelin Star rating stickers for 2008, 2009 and 2010, if I'm not mistaken, which means that the hotel is nice.

Only one thing: location. It took us about 20 minutes to drive in our own car to the city centre, and not sure how we would get there if not our car. Also parking in the centre of Milan is very expensive, around 3 euro per hour.

Location was quite convenient, you could walk easily to the city center (the staff claim the hotel is in the center, but it's not quite like that). The room and bathroom size was good. The breakfast was pretty good by Italian standards.

The bathroom is in the serious need of repairs! The water just does not go through, whether it is the sink, the shower/bath or the bidet. We checked in two rooms - same story. The quality of service depends on the shift. We were greeted( if this is the correct word) by a receptionist with either a hangover or a depression.The one in the evening was, on the contrary, very helpful Though, I still had to come down myself to take a tea tray, as the receptionist is also a barman and could not leave his post...(for which he apologized profusely)

Suitable location, friendly staff and reasonable price. Also the room is pretty good and there's a wonderful arbor in the inner yard of the hotel, where you can have a nice time in the evening.

Unfortunately air condition system was down, that's pretty bad in Italian climate.

Location - close to Bologna Centrale and Historical city center, quiet during the night- facing the back garden, with a good air flow in a room. Pleasent Staff, good breakfast buffet. The shower itself could be cleaner.
