Ideal location being very close to Parma Station. Hotel staff was very helpful and provided information I needed. Breakfast was also good. PC was available near the reception free of charge for the first 15 or 30 minutes (not remember exactly how long). TV was a bit old and difficult to use for me. |

Nice facilities, helpful staff, good location. Car Parking at 14 Euros per day is too expensive |

It is in front of Parma train station and is convenient -- good location and breakfast is brilliant. Perhaps it is the location that accounts for slightly higher hotel rate than I expect it is worthwhile. |

warm reception, helpfull staff and spotless, quiet room. Good location. Great to have private parking. Flexibility of the hotel rules meant we could leave the car in the garage till after lunch on the day of departure. We did not like the restaurant. No welcome and a surly staff. Decor very shabby and no ambiance. We walked out before ordering and went to one of the many wonderful restaurants in town. |

Good breakfasts; spotless bathrooms; friendly staff; very convenient location; less expensive than a lot of others. Decor was rather tired; the noise of the trains was as bad as the website warnings said but you could live with it. |

Helpful staff and very nice breakfast. The beds looked like camp-beds: very narrow and supported at the foot with one metal leg. I found this off-putting in a 3-star hotel, and while I'm quite small and was comfortable, I wouldn't recommend them to a larger person. Also, the spring-action bath plug would not seal shut, so water constantly drained away. Bring back normal plugs! |

Nice, but small, rooms. Central location. Noisy, because of the trains passing by more or less right outside your window. |

It was well sign posted and so we could see it from a distance. Also the availability for parking at the hotel was appreciated even though the price was quite high compared to hotel in Bologna. The internet service should be included in the price of the hotel - which was the case in hotels in Bologna and Abano. It did not work at first, but worked later. |
