Un enfant de moins de 3 an(s), séjourne à titre gracieux pour l'utilisation de la literie disponible dans la chambre des parents.
Au maximum deux enfants de moins de 2 ans sont facturés 8,00 EUR par nuit et par personne pour l'utilisation des lits bébés.
Au maximum deux enfants de 3 à 12 ans sont facturés à 30 % du tarif de la chambre par nuit et par personne pour l'utilisation des lits d'appoint.
Au maximum deux enfants plus âgés ou adultes sont facturés à 40 % du tarif de la chambre par nuit et par personne pour l'utilisation des lits d'appoint.
Le nombre maximum de lit d'appoint ou de lit bébé en chambre est égal à 2.
Les lits d'appoint sont uniquement disponibles sur demande et ils doivent être confirmés par l'hôtel.
Les suppléments ne sont pas automatiquement calculés dans le montant total de la réservation et ils doivent être réglés séparément à l'hôtel.

The atmosphere is fantastic..very close to the Lake and Town center. The services are very good too and I enjoyed my stay with the chilren As far as my one week stay concerned it was brilliant and will love to visit again.. |

Excellent and relaxing setting, pool area particularly good with mountain backdrop. Modern, clean rooms and friendly staff. Hotel and grounds felt very spacious and not overcrowded, even in peak August season. Breakfast on the terrace outside was great start to the day. Location was slightly further away from the Lake / Town centre than expected, however still easily walkable in 10/15 mins. |

Very nice and design Hotel. Perfect room and a wonderful Spa. Big and very nice flowers park. The outdoor pool is perfect and large enough to swimm. It's possible to rent free moutain bike or city bicycle.The hotel is located 5 minutes walk to the city. It's important to take a room with a view on the park. If you don't take it, it's very noisy (road and bus park). |

Facilities were generally good. The pool and parke setting was great. The breakfast was good. The internet didnt work. The TV system was absolutely hopeless, and even the staff did not know how to operate it. The AC for the room needed to be turned on from reception, which we only found out on the second day. The staff attentiveness to getting the basics right for a 4 star hotel was poor. We checked out early through frustration and found a better hotel closer in town. |

Spa, swimming pool, spacious room, breakfast, supermarkets in the vicinity. Swimming pool is only open from 9.00-12.00 & 14.00-18.00. No bikes available, no free internet and no internet in the rooms (3 EUR/hour in the lobby). Situated in the middle of nowhere, so without bikes you have to drive everywhere and pay parking if you want to go to the centre or to the lake. In fact, the hotel and the surroundings are extremely boring. |

The staff were friendly and helpful. The aspect from the public rooms to the mountains was lovely. The pool area was clean, quiet with lovely views of the mountain. The pool itself was clean and catered to everyone, young and old. Sometimes it was difficult to communicate with the staff as the clientele appear to be mainly German and the staff speak good German but not so good English. It was further from the lake than I had appreciated from the blurb although it was the 10 minute walk it was along a very busy road. |

Nice ambience, excellent spa area Hotel is located between two major roads, so most of the rooms are noisy, especially the standard rooms. We were able to change our room with extra fee to a more silent location. |

the room size is great and very clean.it is close to the old town about 5 min walk.child friendly.quite and relaxing the breakfast was below expectations.the indoor pool was part of the spa so the kids were not allowed and wasn't working for techencial reasons.all t.v channels were in italian not a single english channel. |

The pool was wonderfully refreshing and well designed for a relaxing swim. The hotel failed to advise us upon our arrrival that there was no air conditioning. Indeed, the hotel manager all but guaranteed that air conditioning would be provided the night before our departure. This guarantee proved to be worthless. The hotel staff seemed unconcerned about their failure to meet their advertised amenities. |
