хорошо расположен, отличный сервис, вежливый персонал, ресторан - выше всяких похвал, идеальное место для проведения выходных. очень хорошие номера, продуманный красивыый интерьер. в номерах очень чисто.

этому отелю не хватает хорошего спа на территории.

Когда приехали, несмотря на то что бронировали заранее дали ужасные маленькие номера на 4 этаже старого здания со скошенными потолками и маленьким окошком, похожим на чердачное. Пришлось настаивать на замене. За дополнительную плату все решилось... Так же отель находится достаточно далеко от пляжа на озере.

Nice hotel with friendly staff, good pool area and gardens. Use of free bikes (3 hours) was fun.

Excellent facilities including SPA zone! Kids under 16 are not allowed in the pool but the hotel was very nice to allow our younger daughter to use it. Location is super as it is a nice walk to downtown and the lake. Very good restaurant with reasonable prices. Would definitely come back!

Good location, nice walk into town - only 10 mins. Spa was lovely but a little cramped at the weekend early evening time and only opens at 3pm for the steam room and sauna, not all day as I would have expected. nice pool. Great staff. Spacious room - superior double. Very clean. Nice afternoon tea. pa treatments were reasonably priced.

Very convinient location for travelling by bus (it seems to be the nearest hotel to Riva del Garda central bus station). Surrounded landscape (greens and mountains) arouses tranquillity. A walk to the center was a pleasure. Staff was pleasant and helpful (reception, bartender, restaurant). Room is clean and spacy. There was a plenty of drinks and snacks in the bar. Breakfast and dinner was delicious and very tasty. Unfortunately, we haven't had enough time to visit spa and pool, but have seen many guests wandering in bathrobes that was a sign these facilities are very popular in the hotel.

Wi-Fi was useless in our room (very weak signal). While sleeping with open door to terrace bounded to hotel's frontyard was awaken at midnight by noise of arrived guests.

Modern, clean, helpful staff, free wifi, free afternoon tea, lovely breakfast, nice rooms with balcony, maintained well, parking outside. Generally a good hotel.

The Hotel is centrally located, very close to the city center and to the lake. One can borrow bikes from the hotel free of charge. that was great! The garden of the park is wonderful and the spa and wellness club is a great place for relaxation. Thank you Astoria!

The staff were always welcoming and very helpful. Tea and some little snacks are served at 4pm every afternoon which was great. You can use the cycles from the hotel when you give them deposit which is returned to you when the cycles are returned. The centre of Riva is a 10 minute walk from the hotel which was good for us we needed the exercise. Overall a good stay at a great hotel.

Nice spa, no hot tub/whirlpool though.

Located between two busy roads, not in a park at all. Very limited beakfast buffet. Lot's of hassle with 'free wifi' requires many logging in. Room too warm, airco did not work to satisfation. Advertised 'free bikes' come with unmentioned 3hour borrow limitation.

Air Conditioning was awful. No Ironing facilities for a 4 star hotel is very poor and unusual. Quite difficult to sleep well as the hotel (garden rooms) were quite noisy.

Security! Outside doors and gate into property were always closed. That is an important safety issue. We especially liked the breakfast buffet. The staff was very cordial and always present.

The door to our room was very noisy - one had to push very hard when opening and closing. This makes for extra noise for all, especially in the early morning or late evening. Not sure what they can do other than change locks completely. This would be the only negative comment. We were located in the adjacent building which is not connected to the main facility, but none the less needs attention. The other item - would be that although the bathroom was quite large and was fitted with all the facilities including a retractable clothing line (to hang wet bathing suit) it did not have one single shelf or place to put your toilettries. How odd! We had to put them on the stool. So much wall space and no cabinet or shelf? Very odd for an hotel as such.

Amazing location and hotel. Facilities were excellent and it was an absolute bargin. Staff were very helpful whenever we needed anything, and any 'extras' ie a massage/drinks from the bar were resonably priced. Definately recommend it

The walls of the room need sound proofing

Comfortable hotel, pleasant staff, nice breakfasts. Definitely more of a 3 star accomodation (we stayed in the back annex near the pool). the hotel is about a 1KM walk from the old lakeside center of Riva. There are lots of mosquitos and biting flies in the area during the evening hours so if you're sensitive wear repellent.

No ice available except at the bar.

Peaceful swimming pool in beautiful garden setting. Plenty of sunbeds and free towel available from pool kiosk. Staff helpful when asked, good command of English. Excellent breakfast, a choice to suit all types. Opposite bus station. But view not obscured and very quiet. Good value for money, hotel seems to be used by sport/touring people. Resort is a haven for cyclists.

Do not use the hotel coach transfer service, hire a car instead. Our paid transfer did not materialise and hotel said to get taxi then argued about refund, paid part eventually. Poor air conditioning in both bedroom and foyer area. No tea or coffee making facilities in room. Wi- fi is free for one hour daily only.

The location around the hotell was very nice and quit surroindings. And short trip to the centrum of the city. We had a very nice stay.

Nice modern hotel. Especially great was small park inside hotel (with a pool). Also wellness with nice view outside was very nice. Perfect parking either just in front of main entrance or in big underground garage. Space for bikes, good restaurant. Tea&Cookies in the afternoon were very nice and pleasing.
