Quite nice location - you take a tram and in 4 minutes you are at Piazza Poppolo - close to historical part of the city but far enough to take a rest if you know what I mean. |

The free mini bar. The breakfast and the terrace. The internet facilities. The location was quite bad, and not central at all to town. The staff werent aware of the weekly 'audience with the pope'. |

The hotel is conveniently situaded just 10 minutes by trolley car from central Rome. The hotel staff is very kind and prompt. The room had an unpleasant smell. |

The Hotel is well situated on the banks of the Tiber River. It has a beautiful marble feel to the public areas and the breakfast balcony on the 5th floor with a view is superb. Be aware that when we booked on Booking.Com that our 80 euro room advertised free parking. When we checked out the hotel charged us 20 euro per day for parking. Luckily we printed our booking.com confirmation that Clearly states free parking. After some tense discussion up to the Hotel Manager, they agreed that the advertised product had free parking and they would waive the fee. Be aware. |

nice staff, good room facilities the balcony where breakfast is available was not open during the evening of my stay. also, there was no direction from the tram stop on how to go to the hotel |

Reservamos una habitación triple que tenia un precio "tachado" de unos 1200 euros por 3 noches y un precio oferta estrella de 400. Logicamente pensamos que era una gran oferta y que se trataria de una de las habitaciones grandes de cat. superior pues si no dicho precio no tenia sentido. En cambio nos dieron una habitación doble pequeña, oscura, interior y con una cama supletoria enana. |

Heerlijk hotel, geweldig toeven daar, bijzonder aardig personeel, grandeur, mooi hotel, fantastisch om daar te ontbijten met uitzicht over Rome. Heb dit allemaal ook al doorgegeven aan Hotel Astrid. We waren buitengewoon tevreden, komen er zeker terug. |
