Lovely welcome, quick and efficient check-in. Spacious room, clean, comfy bed..... Right where I needed to be in Repubblica.
Spacious room. Great facilities.
Access - 4th floor location with only a tiny lift.
This establishment is a compromise between a family-run B&B (with known staff) and a serviced apartment hotel. The staff (Giovanni, Gloria et al) are unfailingly friendly and helpful when it comes to any issues arising. It was a very enjoyable experience being their guests.
Unfortunately, coverage of the front desk is not possible at all times and this can lead to inconveniences for guests checking in. I should add that we were not inconvenienced in this way but it did happen to a guest while we were there. These things happen in the best regulated establishments however and, as I said above, the staff are very friendly and hard-working to cover off any
Everything was awesome!!!
Good location, very good size room with good facilities. Staff were very helpful - Gloria, Lorenzo and Mirella, for her lovely breakfasts and great cappuccinos.
Getting in and out is a bit tedious due to the 4th floor location and small lift. Breakfast not starting until 8am.
Great location in a beautiful building.
This is a guest suite in an apartment building so don't expect a huge sign out front. If you're not expecting that you think you're on the wrong street. But once inside, the rooms are spacious and beautifully decorated and a wonderful "secret" spot in the middle of a bustling city.
The "suites" are on the 4th floor and although the elevator was a beautiful functioning "antique" it was super small if you have 2 people with luggage. And it's kind of finicky - we got stuck and had to go down one floor and come back up.
lovely entrance to a classy communal courtyard. An elevator from the 20's will take you all the way to the 5th floor. The bed and bathroom are clean and nice. Instead of a traditional hotel with lobby and all, this hotel is more like a luxury hostel with high quality facilities in room (bathroom, bed linens etc).
We had exactly the same room shown in the web. It's comfortable, clean and all, but everything just look a bit off from the image. Also our room has a large glass wall from ceiling to the ground facing the interior 'cafe/ communal space', which is covered by a full height ceiling. It was okay for I only stayed for one night, but I'm not sure if the privacy and sound would be an issue if any of you will stay longer.
The room was nice and spacious, had all the facilities you need. Nice bathroom. Good location. We were very satisfied!!
Breakfast could better. If I were the owners, I would put more fresh products on the table, meaning the juices, bread, cakes etc-a better quality, which would match the quality of the room. What I really did not like is, that when we came back to our room from the town the day we would leave, the bill was waiting for me at the desk, charged to my CC I used for booking the room. I wanted to pay by a different card in fact. On the day of our departure there was noone at the reception desk and cleaning lady stopped us to pay the bill for the minibar, which could only have been done by cash as she couldnt use the card terminal. What if you are in a hurry to the airport and dont have cash with you? I know you cant expect 24 hours desk service for 5 rooms, but be there at least if you know that guests are leaving on a particular day. It has to be done till 11 anyway... In my opinion it would also give a more personal and friendly touch to the stay.
Great Location with very friendly and helpful staff.
The Facilities were neat and clean. The girl at the front was nice and pretty helpful.
It was in an off neighborhood not really near anything. We were not allowed to check in until pretty late and the room was still not ready when we came back in a hour. We didn't get to enjoy the breakfast we paid for as it didn't start until 8am, so travelers that leave early, beware, you won't get breakfast until 8am, which is pretty late!
Firstly, when i travel, i look for convenience, cleanliness, and small. This hotel fits all those criteria. Ultra modern fit, spaceous, friendly, and of course location was great being not far away from the train station and the shopping. I'll definitely return.
The only thing I didn't like was the lack of signage. As the hotel is on the 4th floor of the biulding, it wasn't easy to locate. I was arriving in the day so it was fine, but if someone was arriving in the dark it would be disconcerting. Asmall sign out front would be good.
The perfect hotel for vacation in Rome Excellent location, fantastic room and friendly staff
The room i s really big and comfortable！
Location, so close to Termini station and also the centre. Quality modern clean cosy rooms Very nice staff
No touristic map of the city available for guests nor any other info about Rome
clean, new; room big, and nice
Clean rooms, brand new furniture, location
No 24h reception service, so in case you need assistance for a malfunctioning of the keys, you need to call and wait somebody. No mineral water in the room.
Very small but great hotel ran by a young couple whom are very helpfull. The breakfast is ok but the rooms and especially the bathroom with bubblebath are amazing. Definitely recommended!
a lovely boutique hotel, with newly appointed units in a convenient location with helpful staff
Not your typical hotel but an excellent choice for central Rome. Very helpful staff and recently renovated rooms.
the room was very good. Big and clean
Sometimes can't find staff
New and clean. Good simple breakfast. Nice staff.
Limited staff available. Only a few hours a day.
Can't recommend this place enough! Just a few minutes walking from both Repubblica metro station and Termini. The staff was very friendly and nice, room super-clean, spacious, modern and comfortable. Breakfast was nice but not great, it can be improved, although the freshly baked croissants and the roman-style focaccia were very yummy. In short, I loved my stay and next time in Rome I know where to go. ;-)
Internet. Guys, the ticket system is far from great. I have several devices and it's a pain to request multiple tickets. It'd be much easier to use a standard password for everybody.
"At Forty-One" is an excellent recommendation. The personal is extremly friendly, the rooms are spacy and very modern. Combined with the included breakfast and the excellent location (near to Termini) it is one of the "treasures" in Rome.
