I have been traveling to Milan for 22 years for a big Optical convention. I am used to very small room and very small beds with very little shelf and dresser drawer space. This was the biggest room with a large queen bed that was very firm and comfortable. The bathroom had plenty of room and the hotel even had a gym. For a european hotel that is close to the metro this is the best I have found in 22 years. It was also very reasonable priced and I plan to stay here every year as long as nothing changes.The breakfast bar was really good and the entire staff was fantastic. The surrounding neighborhood lookede a little rougher than most areas I stayed but I felt safe walking to the metro and going to dinner each night.

The breakfast was good and the room was big. The room service wasnt very good. The first day we used the 2 cups provided from the hotel, but they didnt washed them untill we left. The stuff was very helpfull and they kept our bags until, our late at night, flight.

I liked a location of the hotel because it was very easy to reach metro station. Also I can say that breakfasts were much better than I expected. And our room was cleaned every day. There was a small kitchen with a fridge and it was very convinient.

It was amusing to find ants in our room and a brush inside a toilet.

Rooms are spacious and good value for money. Good restaurant just across the street, which gives 10% discount to hotel guests. Hotel staff very co-operative and friendly. Easy access to city centre via Metro.

Air conditioning is not very efficient and it is very noisy. Breakfast with limited choice. Not in a nice location in Milan, kind of a rough area.

The best thing about this hotel as among others they have rooms being like serviced apartments. Kitchen, wardrobe room, big bathroom, massive balcony and very big living room space. It's quite rare to find all this facilities in Milan for such low price. Staff there is super friendly. Overall - I had a great time in this hotel and will recommend it to my friends.

Although out of the centre, it was only a 5 minute walk from the Metro Linea 3 (once you know the shortcut!) leading directly to Duomo. Opposite was an excellent pizzeria which gave us a discount because we were at the hotel. Nearby was the Beda House, a fascinating pub/bar with garden - worth a visit. Breakfast was good, plenty of choice - hot and cold - despite what I read in earlier reviews. They even made you cappuccinos and espressos to order. Room was spacious and comfortable. We had a fridge and cooking facilities, though no pots and pans, not even a cup and saucer! Milan was great again (3rd time visit) up on the roof of the Duomo, mooching around Brera, aperitivi by the canals and sunbathing in the Parco Sempione.

We had to pay for Internet use. No cups to make a drink in the room.
