The breakfast was excellent and room was very clean

My friend and i was a bite disappointed about the service in the reception.we asked where we can used internet 'as there was no internet facilities in the hotel at this time, but simply the receptionist told us he don't know. After a long day travelling through out the city we have to go back again near the station to search for an internet cafe..the room was very good but only one thing don't make sense to us, why there is a kitchen facilities?but there is no cutlery.We bought some foods but we could eat, we went to the reception asking for two folks instead the guy give us 1 spoon and told us the kitchen is closed(8p.m)...

The room was very big, as discribed in the hotel description. The hotel was in a very good location. Near the yellow metro station

The breakfast was good and the room was big. The room service wasnt very good. The first day we used the 2 cups provided from the hotel, but they didnt washed them untill we left. The stuff was very helpfull and they kept our bags until, our late at night, flight.

I liked a location of the hotel because it was very easy to reach metro station. Also I can say that breakfasts were much better than I expected. And our room was cleaned every day. There was a small kitchen with a fridge and it was very convinient.

It was amusing to find ants in our room and a brush inside a toilet.

Rooms are spacious and good value for money. Good restaurant just across the street, which gives 10% discount to hotel guests. Hotel staff very co-operative and friendly. Easy access to city centre via Metro.

Air conditioning is not very efficient and it is very noisy. Breakfast with limited choice. Not in a nice location in Milan, kind of a rough area.

A gorgeous hotel, with big rooms, helpful staff and excellent location. Every room has got a small kitchen (but without cutlery or dishes). You are offered free tea, coffee and juice, and sometimes croissants, whenever you wish, in the hotel lobby. The breakfast was varied and delicious, in a nice restaurant at the 8th floor, beautifully decorated. As we have mentioned before, the staff was helpful and also polite, especially one that spoke Spanish. It is close to the metro station Maciachini, but you must ask at the reception to explain to you the shortest way to get there. It is close to a supermarket with low prices (Lidl). We would certainly come back.

The rapport Quality/Price was excellent in my case. Not too far from the downtown

Although out of the centre, it was only a 5 minute walk from the Metro Linea 3 (once you know the shortcut!) leading directly to Duomo. Opposite was an excellent pizzeria which gave us a discount because we were at the hotel. Nearby was the Beda House, a fascinating pub/bar with garden - worth a visit. Breakfast was good, plenty of choice - hot and cold - despite what I read in earlier reviews. They even made you cappuccinos and espressos to order. Room was spacious and comfortable. We had a fridge and cooking facilities, though no pots and pans, not even a cup and saucer! Milan was great again (3rd time visit) up on the roof of the Duomo, mooching around Brera, aperitivi by the canals and sunbathing in the Parco Sempione.

We had to pay for Internet use. No cups to make a drink in the room.

Very quiet hotel. Gives impression of a house cosiness. It is well located. Nearby city center, grocery.
