The room was very nicely decorated and was very comfortable with lots of wardrobe space. The bathroom was spacious and offered many facilities including a large bath. Breakfast was really good and staff were very pleasant and obliging. There was no magnified mirror in the bathroom. The kitchen did not have dishes or cutlery and as the hotel is far from restaurants, the lone traveller cannot safely go out to eat in the evening and so needs to eat in the room but there is no equipment to facilitate. The room temperature was not controllable and was too hot. |

We like the stay there as the hotel staff is very flexible, clean rooms and also easy getting to the downtown is great. |

Pretty convenient location. Nice breakfast. No aircon in the night (it turns on only at 9am in the morning), we had to open the windows, and listen to our neighbours talk on their cellphones in the middle of the night. We called Front Desk but they said nothing they could do about the aircon at night. No blankets provided, and when we asked for it, we were treated like criminals trying to harbour more guests without paying! |

camera arredata con gusto, molto pulita e confortevole. abbastanza silenzioso, la colazione ottima e abbondante. parcheggio disponibile di fronte all'hotel non è servito benissimo dai mezzi pubblici, ma la fermata della metro non è molto distante. |

Bello e comodo, parcheggio gratuito sul piazzale antistante (una benedizione a Milano!) camere belle e confortevoli, camere forse un po' troppo polverose e rumorose per un 4 stelle |

hotel non più adatto agli standard odierni. infissi in alluminio con dispersione notevole calore e RUMORE. sarebbe da rimodernare.televisori ancora con tubo catodico, senza digitale e tv a pagamento. prezzo poi troppo elevato per il serviuzio offerto !!!! pur essendo all'ottavo piano gli infissi lasciavano trasparire tutto il rumore della trafficata via sottostante |
