Walk from the metro to the hotel is sketchy at night

Very nice hotel.

Near to Metro and tram station. Big room with kitchen. Good service and good breakfreast.

Extra charge on departure from the hotel for the municipality to all the tourists...4 Euros per person per night! The payment requested by the start of the stay. κItchen to our room without equipment!!! Missunderstanding with the booking, at the coments we ask room with 3 beds and they didn't noticed but easyly fixed.

The rooms are large and comfortable! Oppositely not lobules to metro!

The room had a kitchen! For use of the kitchen to pay extra 40 euros! With that money you can buy the dishes! Required to pay an additional fee which was not in booking! Do not write a great price and then have to pay extra for everything!

The room gives an extraordinary space offer.

Friendly sevice, the rooms were tidy and the breakfast was good.

I thought the bathrooms was a bit rundown. Baths were very rough and the plumbing in room 712 was not up to scratch.

Good location, tube station near by, lots of parking, rooms were large, comfortable and clean (even had a kitchen) Breakfast was very nice with a good variety. The staff were excellent they were always polite and helpful.

The Hotel has very good conditions, very big rooms and a wonderful breakfast . The location is also good, 4 stations by metro from the city center. There is also a Lidl supermarket 5 min away by walk from the hotel which is very comfortable.

Unfortunately the kitchet that every room has doesn't have any cooking equipment. The only thing you can use should be perhaps the microwave?

The location is good.

Room is cold, air-conditioner isn't enough to keep the room comfortable. Internet access is terrible, you pay for internet but the service is terrible, so slow.

The are no slippers in the hotel! Wifi is not free of charge!

I had a huge room for myself with a luxurious bathroom and a kitchenette. The breakfast was; there were so many options, not only cappuccino and brioche (normal italian breakfast). A bus, tram or subway stations are just around the corner! The stuff was extremely helpful. From now on I'll stay in this hotel when in Milan.

The room looked really nice and clean, i was surprised to find a dressing room near the bathroom - a big plus!

I do not have any complaints per say, but a mini fridge in each room would be a great idea. Also, what bugged me was the multitude of mirrors everywhere in the room, it gets exhausting at some point.

Internet acces that needs to be paid? I stay in a lot of hotels in Europe and most of the time this service is free.

A good hotel for not very high price. A very clean room. The staff is very polite, helpful and pleasant. A good varied mediterranean breakfast. I liked very much, I'll stop in this hotel the next time.
