Room nice room. Good location. Steps to metro.
Breakfasts could be better. Internet expensive and ridiculous. No kitchen utensils?? What is with that?No view and part of town shady??
Good location with excellent facilities. Good value for money and even facilities for cooking. I would recommend this for my friends if visiting Milan. Close to metro and wifi available in the rooms
Nothing in particular.
Rooms ware big enough & ware clean . There was loundry facility, but washing machine was not working.
Staffs attitude ware roud & serious , not helpful at all . Breakfast was desent .
2 minute walk to the Metro and 20 minute ride to the Duomo. Easy to get around. The staff was really attentive to our needs and very helpful. The room was nice and ideal for a longer stay.
Parking was an extra cost, and the garage was challenging.
Staff and ficility
they give me a suite room with kitchen ,so nice stuff.
little bit old style
Spacious rooms and proximity to citi centre
The room was good, huge and has a small kitchen. There is a supermarket in 5 min
The hotel is perfect, in the entrance of the metro. And the staff are really nice, with good breakfast , I would like to recommend it to all my friends. The room is very large , clean and nice , value of money !
The room was big and nice.
We stayed only one night, not even for 24 hours but we were charged 10 € for a single spot in an enormous and completely empty car park of the hotel. That was not cool. If you're going, and have a car; park outside. Also, it's not hotel's fault maybe, but 5€ city tax per person is ridiculous.
Near metro turro. Nice cheap restaurants nearby. N grocery shop
Had to pay wifi which is difficult n unheard of. No cutlery plates etc altho kitchenette is there. No one to help bring luggage up n down room esp for family with kids
Location, near the metro station. The room was big ang clean and had a balcony. The beds were comfortable. The breakfast was not very diversified but the food was of good quality.
We had a triple room for 3 people but the hygiene products were only for 2 people and there were no bath robes or slippers. The floor was cold beeing covered with titles and when i asked the staff they told me they will bring us, slippers but they didn t. We were disturbed in the middle of the night by the fire alarm wich didnt work properly and the staff didnt speak english.
spacious room, good location
bit old, plastic plates for breakfast? Please consider going green for the environment.
Big room, 10 meters from metro.
room very large with living area and kitchen, excellent location on the metro station, clean and comfortable, nice guys at the desk
poor breakfast, wifi not for free,
Large 2 room apartment plenty of room for 3 people. Metro station outside front door with 10 minute ride to center of city
Bed was very hard.
Room was big with wifi
Cleanliness of bathroom and at that day, AC was not that cold
Too high score for nothing special. Big rooms and clean hotel but nothing special. Positive that it is above the metro. No free wifi.
The breakfast was too poor.
Garage was 10EU, not free as advertised. The only plus is metro a few steps away.
Horrible area, the worst hotel I ever been to. More like 2-3 stars, not 4. Internet is horrible and only 1 h for free. Then 5EU one hour. We got Italian SIM card with 2GB Internet and local phone number of course, only for 20EU! Breakfast was something you don't want to eat. Cheap yogurt, horrible bread , plastic plates and caps, spoons and knifes. We only went there ones and had to eat elsewhere. So advertised rate of 240EU for 3 nights ended up being almost 350 EU, plus we had to pay for breakfast and internet.
the room was great, the tv channels were great, I liked the complimentary snacks and beverages in the room the location of the hotel right next to metro, and close to my office, close to hairdresses and supermarket I liked the use of the kitchen in the room
the price is too high considering no free internet access, could be better breakfast offer I had send couple emails with some questions in both Italian and English to the hotel with no reply not even an automatic one
Very big rooms, 1 minute to metro station, cheap parking
If you'll have room with windows on the street, could hear some noise from the cars. No free Wi-Fi (
Next to Metro, Bank and Supermarket, underground parking, large room size with kitchenette and coin laundry nearby
location for easy acesss to metr o and all parts of the city, nce local restaurant which gives a discount to hotel guests, though the hotel didnt tell us, gentleman on reception very helpful and polite, please pass on these " old school hospitality" skills to the other staff who seemed abrupt, inflexible and poorly-trained
plastic tray, dishes, spoons, at breakfast, new staff with no briefing or induction as we were told there were no gluten-free products, when found, there was a desperately poor choice, strong smell of smoke in the lobby area, not however identified by the lady on reception duty when I mentioned it
