Very friendly service. Great breakfast English speaking hotel. Lovely room with ecellent waterfall shower The fridge just contained one bottle of water for two people a mini bar would have been great |

The hotel is new and modern and excellent for the prize paid (75 Euro) The staff, especially in the breakfast area, were very unfriendly. Asking for a coffee seemed like asking for the world |

very good overall impressions, clean, good breakfast, staff, price, etc. with car, this is not a problem. shuttle bus also avaiable, but don't expect shopping at the front gate! |

New, beautifully designed, very comfortable, clean hotel. We had a good dinner in the restaurant. Has a lovely smallish pool with lots of jets but the water was cold which is fine when the weather is warm. Lovely view out over the hills behind the hotel or over the race track in the front from the rooms. Too far from the center. The hotel has no shuttle service - taxi service was expensive and walking to the center was along a very busy road with constant traffic or along very narrow roads without sidewalks where you felt you were possibly risking your life. Based on its location, I wouldn't recommend this hotel to tourists to the area - there is nothing to do around the hotel - better to be in Varese center. |

It was a beautiful hotel. Very elegant. Air conditioning worked really well. Language barrier was tough to talk to employees. Internet constantly went down, but that didn't seem to concern the staff. It concerned me, because I was paying for it. Also, surprisingly the restaurant in the hotel was not well run. |

Very new hotel, quiet, ample parking space Breakfast stated untill 10 but I think because the nature of the hotel which is Business/Congress...anything above 9 o'clock will have 'no smile-irritated' service. |

La cortesia dello staff,visto che il soggiorno è durato solo una notte altre notte non ci sono. Il frigo bar era vuoto,da quello che ho letto su booking,penso che la maggior parte delle camere i frigo bar sono vuoti. |
