Excellent for visiting the Italian lakes, Maggiore, Como, Lugano etc. Whereas Varese may not be lakeside it is central and the Ata hotel is excellent

it is nice hotel in very good location , not far from city but need car to not have problems , new design concept , for 2 days stay and enjoy nature is good choice

breack fast could have better choices , very simple menu has got now ,

New hotel, nice design and a good staff. The room is very comfortable, king size bed and nice balcony with an open view. The breakfast was great too.

I think we may have clicked the wrong link as it was not what we thought we had booked . We were trying to please a group of different people

Pretty much everything but that was our fault for our priority being parking and budget . You need to blow the budget around milian

Hotel staff not particularly friendly, although did what asked for. Restaurant was deserted, waiter didn't have clue about the menu and did not spoke english, chef was ignorantly playing cards on the computer in the corner. Meals were of verying quality: the steak was excellent, side dishes and vegetables were not particularly good.

Room was spacious, nice and clean. There was a kettle and tea/coffee in the room. The gym was well equipped.

We decided to have a dinner at the hotel the first night. The service was appalling. Our order for drinks has not arrived on two occasions, the meal was overpriced and not very tasty. At the breakfast there was no fresh vegetable and it was not possible to order fried eggs free of charge. There was also only one type of bread left in the morning - the bread basket was not filled up continuously.

Everything! My bed was firm and comfortable. Breakfast as well as dinner was great. The hotel was great as well for my business trip as the hotel has an iron on one of the floors that is professional standards. A fitness Center, pool balcony and many other features!

I liked the hotel and all the services.

I would appreciate longer opening hours of the hotel restaurant (lunch till 2:30 pm and then dinner since 7:30 pm, we arrived from the trip at 2:35 pm and were starving).

Personnel is very kind.

But for instance I need to remind the personnel to change the blankets after 3 days.

The only thing I liked was the building and the room. Beautiful, new, modern. But the place is a white elephant with no guests and no service.

Nothing worked. Almost no guests, room key cards did not work (twice), room safe did not work, room fridge did not work, etc. etc. Internet was expensive, and service was intermittent. The room we were assigned (with a small balcony) overlooked the hotel garbage pickup area. Why would they assign this room when the hotel was almost empty?? Service was atrocious. Tried to have dinner in huge (empty - only one table occupied) dining room. Were assigned table next to service desk where people were coming and going to arrange party in another room. Waiter refused to move us. Band started practicing loudly in adjacent room so we left. Room service was expensive, food arrived cold, and food was not what we ordered. DO NOT STAY HERE, this is a conference hotel that does not work for individual guests (and maybe not for conferences either). On checkout I refused to pay for room service dinner and dysfunctional internet. I won the battle after a half hour argument.

Nice hotel, good size rooms, good breakfast, free parking, quiet area, new building. Good size extra bed for our 4-year-old.

Not much. I'd prefer the room floors to have carpet, instead of wood.

Die Lage ist sehr gut. In 20 Minuten ist man in Varese zu Fuss. Sauber und schönes Hotel, leider war das Pool noch nicht aufgefüllt, schade.

Das Frühstück wird in einer Halle serviert, schade. Bei schönem Wetter sollte die Möglichkeit gegeben sein, draussen zu frühstücken.
