Noise on the street under my window in early morning

Our group were quite disappointed on this hotel. We stayed for 6 nitghts 7 days. But they provide shampoo or other amenities only for first night. Even we asked for it, they said they provide for only one time. How one small bottle of shampoo can last for 6 nights for 2person? This condition should be stated on the hotel discription, so that we can prepare it. Regarding the price, the hotel rate on the booking .com web site was correct, but we have charged "Tourist Tax" eur4.00 For one person everu night. For example, we had to pay eur733 for double room for 6 nights instead of eur 685 which stated on the booking confirmation of booking .com. This condition also should be stated on the web site. The other point is that we have to cancel one night for one room (Single person stay), the means 5 nights stay. I asked the receptionist on this matter then he said we can not cancell it and have to pay cancellation fee. But the day one of my friend checked out, we found out that we can call Booking.com to inform and can cancel one night from other receptionist. During our stay only this receptionist was helpful for us.

Excellent location near bus and metro station. Large rooms with kitchenette.

Very poor breakfast selection/area. Pay for wifi. Non-upgraded rooms are dated and worn for a four star hotel.

The hotel was clean, the beds comfortable. The hotel has efficiency suites that would suit a businessman staying in Milan for a week or more.

One of the desk staff did not inform me that a friend had called me three times, even though I had gone to the desk and specifically mentioned that I was trying to get in touch with him. It felt like this was done on purpose because I had complained about our room. Also, the cab driver at the station had never heard of the hotel and kept the meter running while we had to dig through our luggage for the exact address.

Hotel staff is more than helpful and very friendly. Excellent location with the closest proximity to the metro station. Spacious and clean apartments.

No kettle, iron would not plug to any of the sockets.

it was the worst hotel i have ever been in my life. the strangest buffet i have ever seen in a hotel (croissant,water,coffee) it looked like a bad arranged apartment. all night long you can hear to the noise coming from the road.

Not much...the pictures on Booking.com did not match the hotel itself, which was much more shabbier than expected. And one of the staff members was a smartaleck, very sarcastic and argumentative. I would not recommend this hotel, very disappointing.

There was not much I like about this hotel, other than maybe a comfortable bed. Everything else left much to be desired. If you're planning a trip to Milan, if you're not staying for a while then plan your hotel stay elsewhere. This hotel is for a long term stay and not good for a quick visit.

Very comfortable apartments. Great for a group as we could all meet in one room for dinner and drinks. Good use of space with a little kitchen with electric rings and a fridge,all tucked into a cupboard, good for breakfast and snacks. Great for the Metro and restaurants. Had good coffee all day in the lobby and sweet rolls for breakfast.

Staff on the desk were very mixed as to their English and helpfulness..

Its apartment hotel with excellent location near DeAgneli metro/bus/tram,with good eateries and stores nearby.Spacious apartment ,bed sheets and towels replaced and cleaned daily.

Unfriendly staff,daily the same monotonous breakfast of croissant/cake/orange juice .Not even a bottle of water given in the room, and 1 soap given for two people once in 3 days.No electric kettle in the room though with much persuasion they gave on the third day of stay.Everything is acceptable because of excellent location and spacious apts.

it was centrally located for our personal needs. it was just down the block from the metro therefore giving us access to the entire city, plus when we left it was hassle free to get to the railroad a short three stops later to get to malpensa. overall we very much enjoyed our stay

We liked everything about this hotel. The room consisted from dining room,bedroom,kitchen,bathroom and even tiny cloakroom.All good equiped,clean and cosy.The staff is very helpful. Subway and supermarkets are 100m away. Will definitely recommend this hotel to everybody.

Unfortunately,there is no a real breakfast room in this hotel, just small space in a lobby, but of course it is not a problem because you have your own kitchen in the room. Also I'd prefer the doors to the room be more soundproof, although it was very quiet in the corridor.

we were satisfied at 100% in everything: the personal was gentle, the apartmenti with kitchen clean and comfortable, we fere filling like at home all the week which we passed in this hotel from 16 till 22 of April 2012. Next time we are going to book only this hotel because the price and the quality is perfect. We should raccomend it to our friends.

Ufordragelige resepsjonister, uhøflig og dårlig engelskkunnskaper.

Nähe zum San Siro Stadium, U-Bahn Nähe, Zimmerausstattung mit Küche und Kühlschrank, Parkmöglichkeit im Hof. Alles in allem perfekt für einen Kurztrip nach Mailand. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Frühstück so gut wie nicht vorhanden, nur Automatenkaffe und eingepackte Süßigkeiten. Zum Glück gibt es gleich ums Eck ein nettes Kaffee mit leckerem Frühstücksangebot!

L'ampio spazio a disposizione, articolato fra salottino d'ingresso, zona servizi (cucina e bagno) e la camera da letto; e poi la buona qualità dell'arredo, non sciatto né pretenzioso. Buona anche la dotazione di confort.

Il pavimento interno è inclinato.. pendenza del 2%, evidentemente per far fronte, nella ristrutturazione, ad un dislivello fra locali contigui. Non è una bella cosa ma non è nemmeno un problema.

Camera ampia e luminosa, arredamento piacevole e funzionale. Elevato comfort, soprattutto del letto. Buona pulizia. Personale cordiale e discreto.

Il malfunzionamento della serratura elettronica, al quale il personale non ha saputo porre rimedio.
