Good location because of the proximity of the San Siro and Milan city center, rustic decorated rooms...
Heating in the rooms did not work at all (November), for breakfast we got a croissant in cellophane and coffee from coffee machines in a room the size of a toilet, mold along the shower, a definite number of stars does not match the standards, niceties on a small but important details...
Location was great, quality of the room was also very good. Any complains regarding the hotel and the place
I booked the hotel for two of my friends. When I booked the room, I received an email, with question which room I prefer. Double or twin. I ordered twin, but then there was double room waiting on my friends. Ok, I would not make a big dill out of it, even though I expressed my wish. But what made me really angry, was the case when they wanted to go for a breakfast, one of the hotel staff said to them, breakfast is not included in the price, even though it was included on the contract. If I would be there I would make sure, my friends would get the payed breakfast, but because they were not sure if breakfast is included, they went out to have breakfast. I don't know how can it happen.
Quietness. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Furniture was lovely. Lots of storage space. Kitchenette in one of the rooms. Kettles in two of the rooms. We were asked in advance whether we wanted double or twin rooms. Within walking distance of the metro station, restaurants, shops and supermarket.
Booked three rooms at the same time but one of them was in a different building.
The room was very spacious and well-furnished. For a self-catering room the facilities provided were excellent. The staff were helpful and friendly.
The location is quite noisy (mostly from traffic).
The room , as expected , was quite large fo a solo traveller. Furniture was Ok, bedrooms and bathrooms are Ok , people at reception very friendly. Location was also good for business in Milan.
Wifi weak , could not get connected . Little noise from street . at night it was quite , but starting from 6am quite noisy due to trams and buses.
The rooms are comfortable and the staff is friendly and helpful
The lack of free wi-fi
The hotel is formed of small apartments and mine had a sitting room, bedroom, bathroom and small kitchen. All were well furnished, very clean and well equipped for somebody who will buy basic supplies from the local supermarket. It would be OK for families. There is no restaurant on site but several nearby. The staff were helpful.
It would be helpful to have access to a guest facility to check in on line and print a boarding pass. Staff speak limited English, but as my Italian is not great, why should I complain!
Nice room furniture.
On my arrival, first impression - two hotel staff (one of them from reception) - men and women were arguing. And had to wait in reception about 10 minutes until they stop arguing to be checked and receive room key. Secondly, one of the nights it was enormous sound from room above late at night and early in a morning. I went down to reception and asked to check it up. What they did is went to the floor and call door bell (I followed them) - nobody opened the door, and hotel stuff resumed: Nobody there - no sound. Rooms have very poor sound isolation - if they have any. All traffic outside, and even opening elevator doors can be heard from the room, not to mentioned your neighbor open/close room doors. Hotel stuff - wish be more polite.
Reception,Furniture and Bathroom was as from 4star hotel.Biiiiig mirror in the room.Near metro.
Paving floor in the room, only 1 glass and hygienic kit in bathroom for 2 persons.Doors inside hotel room like from some hostel.
clean, spacious, conveniently located
no coffee facility in the room
I really didn't like this hotel at all. I booked it as I wanted to be close to the metro for both the centre and the San Siro but it didn't work for either. The hotel really needs doing up as the wallpaper was peeling. It was just awful. When I arrived I needed a drink but with no bar and only a locked snack room I was only allowed water. Book somewhere else and avoid this.
It was more of a set of apartments with fridge, a place to wash dishes and even a small oven. The rooms were large with a extra space with sofa and TV. Staff were polite and considering.
1. I saw two cockroaches running around the apartment. 2. Breakfast was just a coffee and packaged croissants and biscuits. 3. Although, this claims to be a 4 star hotel, shampoo, soap and so on in the bathroom weren't replaced often. We shared the room two people and they had enough for only one person and they replaced them once for the whole 7 days we stayed. 4. Wifi is not free. It costs an extra 10 euros for a day. This is great inconvenience, since we're there for business and after all the price wasn't that great.
Location and size of the room
