Location is good. Rooms are just perfect. Breakfast fantastic. I had read some negative comments from guest reviews and was a little bit concerned before arrival, however with full confidence I can say that the hotel rooms are really good. Breakfast and breakfast area perfect. Good value for money. After Milan I stayed at other hotels, but this one was the best choice frankly.

The hotel was clean and the room was really comfortable..there was a satisfying breakfast with fresh croissants and everything someone would want. Really close to Garibaldi station(metro) and even for the evening at 100 metres from the hotel there is a big variety of restaurants and bars.Really satisfied!!!Deffinetely would go again...

Quiet location yet within 300 metres of Garibadi train and underground station. Excellent restaurant with fine city views from 11th floor, and first class cuisine with a good menu selection. Internet connection good but expensive at €17 for 24 hours. Comfortable mini-suite with bedroom, sitting room, bathroom and kitchen. Erratic lifts, sometimes going to the worng floor.

spacious rooms, wardrobe, location some tv channels didn't work, there wasn't a teapot/kettle, no chips or other tasty stuff in the bar, construction around the hotel, i checked out 3 days elarlier but got no discount

The location was good,2mins walk to nice dining and bar area. Easy reach of the metro, car parking facilities. Loved the room on the second floor, I do not like multi floor hotels, but we got a fab apartment style room on the second floor, pity we were not staying longer than the weekend. Kitchen attached and fully equipped, Could not improve on this room.Thanks The view, did not like the 3 new buildings, on the building site. They are just plain out of order, they should have been objected to.

The room cleanliness, it was comfortable and quiet No bellman service, and for 4 stars hotel i am not suppose to carry my luggage all the way to the room. Another thing, the breakfast was really poor.

フロントの男性最低最悪。私たちは２５ユーロの全く身に覚えのないホテルレストランの請求を受け、丁寧に二- 泊ともディナーは近くの誰でも知っているレストラン『すみれ』『イビザ』をあげて説明。ランチはチェックイ- ン前にフィレンンツェの駅とコルソベネッィアでグリモルディのジョルジョにサラダをごちそうになった。この- 最低男はなんと我々のタクシーのリクエストを無視。後からのお客３組３台のタクシーを先に呼びそれぞれホテ- ルを出られた。絶対に真犯人はいるハズでフロントマンの文書による謝罪と今度ミラノに行くときに２部屋２泊- フリーでアップグレード!!お陰で仕事のアポには遅刻、ビジネスもうまくいかなかった。人種差別男の首求める。

L'arredamento della stanza (con in più studio e cucinino) è curato ed elegante, il bagno è pulito e confortevole, la prima colazione è di qualità e abbondante, il personale è gentilissimo e competente.

Отель бронировала по горящему предложению.Номер большой,все есть для удобства.До Домского Собора минут 15-20 пешком, Кастелло и Мария дель Грация еще ближе..Завтрак хороший,сытный:яйца, йогурты,сыры, фрукты,круассаны и т.д.Рядом жд вокзал Милано Гарибальди и метро.Останавливалсь на сутки перед вылетом.В принципе,устроило все.ПЕрсонал без проблем вызвал такси.Впечатления положительные.

Posizione molto vicina al Teatro Esmeraldo. Il ristorante é aperto fino tarda notte. Siamo arrivati dopo un concerto e il personale del ristorante é stato molto gentile nonostante era giá alle 23.30 ore. Inoltre il cibo era bonissimo!!
