I liked the room. Beautiful Venitian style, felt like a treat, and once you find it, the hotel is well placed. The staff really let the place down. Some receptionists bordering on rudeness. We couldn't get the TV to work, and the staff made you feel like a nuisance. Also none of the staff on our arrival told us about the complimentary mini bar, despite our question re where the nearest bar was to get a drink. |

Great location close to piazza S. Marco. Staff were very helpful and everything we had everything we needed for breakfast. Location of hotel is hard to get to. Make sure you print out map and directions before you get to venice. |

The location is great, 10 min walf from San Marco. Very small room, but very big bathroom (newly equipped will all necessary staff). Good cleaning, normal breakfast, not rich , but quite good for the money we paid. Very friendly staff. Would recommend this hotel to all travellers who nead hotel only for sleeping and having a breakfast, as there are no facilities like sauna,gym,movie etc. |

The location and staff were great. Venice is a small city with very old building so the room size and comforts are restricted by this. |

The location: it's really close to Piazza San Marco and to all the others attractions. The room is too small (I think not more than 12 sqm. There's only one operator for the brekfast, therefore the service is very slow! The buffet offer only some cereals and some ham. |

It was initially hard to find to hotel. However, once we did, we realized how great the location was.The staff members were nice..but not really spectacular compared to other hotels we stayed at before. The hotel has no elevator. The room that we had was small, considering it was supposed to be a family ROOM.Although breakfast was included in the room rate, it was really..ordinary..nothing special with it..the cornetto/bread was " rationed", not placed on the "buffet" table where guest can freely take what they can eat.We got charged for our stay in this hotel from what it's really worth. |

The location was good There were mattresses in hallways, old chipped furniture, the shower was open and right next to the toilet, meaning water was everywhere. Wi-fi was not free and was expensive. Mini bar wasn't properlystocked. Staff were unable to help with nearby places such as convenience stores or laundry. |

good location, nice breakfast, nicely decorated room old bathroom, old towels, no lift, dark rooms, no wifi in the rooms, we had to ask for our complimentary present, a mirror in the bedroom is not a bad idea |

Comfortable , clean , friendly, very quiet at night and very well situated for St Mark's area, La Fenice Opera . A pretty courtyard allows for sitting outside in the evening. Breakfast was adequate but minimal - tinned fruit, tasteless bread and as usual in hotels bad coffee! |

The hotel staff was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Location was good. Room comfortable and spacious. An elevator to assist with transporting luggage up and down from rooms would have been helpful. |

We are a young couple who came for a weekend away from our 1 yr old! We loved the Venetian style to the hotel which felt like an old palace. The staff were excellent and so friendly. The hotel reception was open 24 hours a day which meant it was easy to come and go as we pleased. The hotel is situated a 5 minute walk from the main Saint Mark's square which was amazing to be close to. The only thing that would have made it perfect would if it had a restaurant or bar attached to it other than that there were no problems at all. |
