Hotel location is good, near to best places in Venice. Staff are good and friendly. Breakfast is also good. Small room and so small bath, but clean. No easy access from train station or airport to hotel, specially with luggage. |

about 5 mins walk from vaporetto stop. Breakfast was decent although would have been nice to have eggs. 5-10 mins walk to st marks square. room was a triple so decent and spacious. umbrellas in lounge for use by guests. I liked the old style venetian decorations of the room. overpriced for what you get. restaurants nearby are also all overpriced considering that the food portions are tiny and the taste is average. for the price charged should have free internet terminal in hotel - internet points very expensive in venice. Would not recommend this hotel for the simple fact that the location-San Marcos and the resulting extra charge is over-rated. |

Staff very nice and accomodating There were some plumbing issues so I was put in another hotel then moved. The final room was VERY small with bathroom ceilings only 6 feet--and I'm 6'2" |

The position is really nice - staff nice - price nice .I stay a lot in Venice it my passion this hotel is good. They don't have a lift -and like all hotels in venice the rooms are a bit small. I am also fed up with paying by the hour for internet please just add it to the price of the room for 24hr. To be fair all hotels in Venice do this- ie charge by the hour. |
