Some of the staff were very helpful while others were (nights staff) were quite rude. Overall it was an O.K. hotel and a decent location. We did not like the beds and the bedding - quite uncomfortable. |

The hotel was very nice. The rooms were clean and bed was comfortable. Quiet area. The location was a little out of the way from many of the major sites. If you don't mind walking a bit further it is a great place. |

The hotel is very nice , well furnished , everything ok , with little things to fix ....but generally speajing ok. We have played pool and they didn't even have choke for the cues,,,,it was funny their answer-" the choke makes dirty on the pool table" ...hahaha |

Finally found a real 4 stars hotel based on the normal international standard, not "Italian" standard.. great room, perfect room size even the single room.. very comfortable. Breakfast is not too bad.. a little bit farther compare to other hotels.. but still in the walkable zone.. |

The staff was lovely. The location was conveniently located. I thought that the hotel was beautifully decorated and the breakfast was nice. The television was a bit small and the volume was set low and could not be adjusted. |

All the staff is super kind and helpful, the breakfast buffet is very good and the location is excellent, near to the center but away from all the crowds, I’m looking forward to return to Florence and stay again at the Athenaeum. |

It's a very clean hotel in a very nice location. One very strange thing: nobody guided us to our room on arrival, they just gave us the key showed the lift!!!! |

The modern hotel provided a nice respite in the middle of the historic city. The amenities such as free internet were indispensible to us during our stay. Absolutely everything was better than advertised. |

the hotel staff is very helpful. the hotel is clean, the beds very comfy, everything is clean and new. the hotel is about 5 min walk from termini, however it's very quiet during the night. would love to stay at the hotel again. the breakfast could offer more varieties. |
