It is located a 10-minute walk from Florence Cathedral and Santa Maria Novella Train Station. Rooms come with refined furniture and light colors. Each one has free Wi-Fi access, an LCD TV with satellite channels, plus an elegant marble bathroom. Every morning, you can enjoy a varied breakfast buffet, complete with cold cuts, cheese, fresh fruit and pastries. The Gallery bar and lounge overlooks the patio and serves drinks and snacks. Facilities at Athenaeum Personal Hotel include a billiard room and a mini golf course set on the terrace on the second floor. A well-equipped fitness corner and a free internet point are also available. The property is less than half a mile from the Accademia Gallery and a 20-minute walk from the Uffizi Gallery. Modern room. Free wifi. No tea/ coffee in room although we stayed 4 nights in triple room during winter. As I have a child with me, we pleaded with reception a few times, but they said it's only for Superior Room. Only 1 key per room and if you need to enter room separately, they will get someone to open the door. No soap dish, so place your soap on sink top. No free shuttle service. Don't expect warm, 'Personal' service at Athenaeum Personal Hotel.

Hotel is Cosy. Rooms are standard. Hotel looks better in pictures. Horrible breakfast spread. location is quite far from the attractions. Staff sucks big time. They have a problem if you ask the same question twice.

The hotel was a modern hotel with a good size family room. Cleanliness was good but with some dust/dirt etc in the hidden corners. The breakfast was excellent and the hotel is approx 15min walk to the centre. Overall excellent value for money

La struttura è bella, nuova, spaziosa e accogliente. Le camere sono abbastanza spaziose, anche nella soluzione standard, tuttavia la pulizia delle camere non è assolutamente all'altezza di tutto il resto: in un hotel 4 stelle ci si aspetta molta più pulizia!! La pulizia delle camere.

Personale molto disponibile e gentile, tra l'altro dopo il pagamento e il check out all'ora di pranzo ci hanno permesso di lasciare la macchina nel garage per l'intero pomeriggio, che abbiamo sfruttato per una visita a piedi del centro storico. Ritengo che, data la posizione nella zona a traffico limitato e relativi problemi di parcheggio e circolazione, sarebbe opportuno venire incontro ai clienti e non chiedere un sovrapprezzo per utilizzare il garage dell'hotel.

＊良かった点…日本語放送(JSTV)が入るので 、年越しに紅白が観れて良かった。地下の朝食の部屋の近くに本棚があり、地球の歩き方が置いてある。 ＊悪かった点…バスタオルしかなく、ハンドタオルがない。観光にやや不便な場所(ドゥオーモまで徒歩で約1- 5分、駅まで徒歩25分(バスが目の前のバス停から1番線に乗れる。バスチケットは近くのBARに売ってい- る。)バスルームに換気扇がない。

O atendimento foi ótimo, a localização facilitou muito nossa viagem. Os funcionários do hotel foram muito atenciosos, pois chegamos antes do horário do check-in e mesmo assim como tinham um quarto disponível, eles nos acomodaram antes da hora. O custo beneficio desse hotel é ótimo. O café da manha também é muito completo. Os quartos apesar de um pouco pequenos eram bem decorados, neutros, diferentes de outros hotéis que conheci na Europa. Até o restaurante do hotel me surpreendeu, pois mesmos cansados depois de um dia de passeio, vale a pena ficar no hotel e experimentar os pratos com sabor e apresentação impecáveis e preço honesto. Retornaria a esse hotel!!! Apenas nao gostei muito da cama, ela tinha um certo barulho, no quarto de casal a cama é muito pequena. Pelo Custo do hotel vale a pena pegar um quarto de categoria superior.

Από τα πράγματα που μας άρεσαν περισσότερο είναι η τοποθεσία διότι είναι όντως 10-15 λεπτά με τα πόδια ως το κέντρο της Φλωρεντίας. Αυτό που σίγουρα είναι μεγάλο προτέρημα είναι η δωρεάν παροχή ποδηλάτων από το ξενοδοχείο για όσο χρονικό διάστημα και αν τα θέλαμε κάτι που βοηθάει να περιηγηθεί κανείς καλύτερα στην πόλη και να την γνωρίσει καλύτερα. Μας άρεσε πολύ το πρωινό, απλό αλλά όλα φρέσκα κάθε μέρα και πολύ καλό καπουτσίνο που δεν χρεώνεται extra ακόμα κ αν πάρεις δεύτερο. To gourmet restaurant είναι εκπληκτικό και ένα από τα καλύτερα της πόλης. 24ωρη reception. Διακριτικό προσωπικό και εξαιρετικός ο Pietro από το Restaurant! Επίσης ζητήσαμε early check-in και όντως πήραμε το δωμάτιο από τις 9:30 χωρίς επιπλέον χρέωση! Είχαμε μια καταπληκτική διαμονή! Ότι παρά το γεγονός ότι έχουν πολλούς πελάτες μη-Ιταλούς, τα αγγλικά τους είναι φτωχά και στην υποδοχή δεν μας ρώτησαν ποτέ αν χρειαζόμαστε κάτι, αλλά συνεννοηθήκαμε για τα πάντα.

O quarto era muito bom: bom tamanho e bastante confortável. O hotel é muito agradável. Além disso, o serviço de internet, com computador no próprio hotel, funcionou de forma satisfatória. Embora o banheiro seja muito bom, sentimos falta de um box no chuveiro, por isso, sugerimos a sua colocação.

Gute fußläufige Lage zum Stadtzentrum (10 Minuten). Frühstücksraum nicht sehr ansprechend und entsprach nicht dem sonstigen Comfort des Hotels. (im Keller ohne Tageslicht, abgewetzte Sitzmöbel und unaufmerksamer Service sowie geringe Auswahl des Buffets.) Hohe Parkgebühren in der TG (23 Euro pro Tag)
