Clean, modern, breakfast okay but the same everyday no hot items. Staff helpful with info. Location good but wish we were 2 blocks closer to the square. Subways and McDonald very close. Kids loved that. There is a nice restaurant 1 block away called titos. Florence is the best place to shop in Italy, so buy buy buy.
No coffee or tea service in room. Seems to be a European thing. Lighting in the room was weird. There were LED goose neck lights by bedside that had very little illumination. And the overhead light shines in you eyes when on. Need more English speaking channel but not too bad. Got CNN
Breakfast Wifi The rooms were nice
A bit far from center
The location was great, the room was clean, the bathroom was well equipped, the staff was friendly, the internet was quick, and the breakfast was good.
The street noise was a bit of a problem. I was awakened early, and kept awake late, by people on the street below yelling or zooming by on motorcycles. I don't know, however, if this can be avoided in the old city area. One might want to ask for a room that does not face the main street.
A very well-run hotel. Pleasant spaces, everything worked very well indeed, and the staff were great -- kind and knowledgeable, and able to help with whatever came up, from tourism advice to transportation snafus. The breakfasts were also excellent.
Very minor quibble: a second outlet in the bedroom for charging devices would have been nice (though I later realized that there had been another in the bathroom all along). The wifi was a bit spotty in my particular room, but perfectly workable.
Facilities are generally very good. I have stayed here before and had a better room with a better location. The staff are very good and helpful.
Being located near the stair with a loud group of young people staying on our floor. Also, in our room, in order to not be seen from the glass stair and terrace, we had to keep the curtains closed.
Location was only 10 minutes from the cathedral, this was the only good thing about the hotel
We arrived at the hotel and were immediately put off by the old and tatty decor, it looked like a youth hostel not a 4* hotel, we went up to our room which was depressing that we immediately checked out!
The food and the staff atanthion
Staff very nice
Standard room was very small. Small bathroom
Nice location, and they have bikes to rent. My wife loved the hot chocolate in the breakfast.
Bathroom door did not lock, the couple bed was actually 2 single beds put together, part of the staff was not friendly, and I did not like the breakfast. I spent 4 days there and it was exactly the same every day. They had 4 options of juice, but none of them was good. Parking costs 24 Euros per night.
