Staff molto cordiale, camere comode e la posizione è buona per raggiungere il centro città. La colazione è buona ma non trovo giusto che uova e pancetta vengano considerati degli extra da pagare, visto che si tratta di un hotel 4 stelle. Il garage era pieno ma si trattava di un weekend di picco di turisti ed abbiamo parcheggiato poco distante in strada, attenzione perchè è zona residenti, comunque vi attivano loro al check-in il permesso.

Me ha gustado el servicio optimo dado por la recepcionista cuando le dije que mi habitación no estaba bien limpiada, ella ha hecho todo posible para satisfacer la clienta. La limpieza y el desayuno.

La amabilidad del personal sobre todo Sonia de recepción, siempre dispuesta a ayudar y con una sonrisa a todas horas, la relación calidad/precio y la ubicación está a cinco minutos andando del Duomo y al lado de la plaza de San Marcos con parada de bus y taxis,

La ubicacion es excelente, desde el hotel es muy facil llegar a todos los puntos mas interesantes de Florencia. El desayuno estuvo bien tambien, las habitaciones amplias y limpias. La conexion a internet es bastante lenta y hay que reconectarse todo el tiempo porque se cae.

A cortesia e simpatia dos funcionários me surpreendeu positivamente. O restaurante anexo ao hotel tem uma comida de bastante qualidade. A localização do hotel permite descolocar-se a pé até alguns dos principais pontos turísticos e até o ponto de embarque nos ônibus que fazem city tour pela cidade.

ничего ужасный отель!!! обозначение "дизайнерский отель" не соответствует ни сколько... маленькие убогие номера за 300 евро в сутки!!! маленький тв почему-то сбоку от кровати, в коридоре! шумоизоляции никакой, ощущение, что окно открыто - негромкий разговор на улице слышен отчетливо при закрытом окне((( Wi-Fi не работает. в ресторан попасть не удалось, т.к. по воскресеньям он не работает )))

Posizione, a cinque minuti a piedi dal duomo. Comodissimo il parcheggio sotterraneo all'hotel. Pur avendo prenotato una superior al mio arrivo mi hanno destinato a una camera classic (decisamente meno confortevole e spaziosa) senza informarmi del cambio. Solo dopo aver contattato la reception mi hanno detto che per la prima notte non riuscivano a fare diversamente, che mi avrebbero spostato la mattina seguente e che a titolo di risarcimento non mi avrebbero addebitato il costo del garage per quella notte. Della serie "...ah si mi scusi ma....". Si commenta da solo.

La situación, céntrica pero a la vez tranquila. Las camas, amplísimas y muy cómodas. La calefaccion, que funcionaba muy bien. El baño, amplio y bien equipado La iluminación, bastante escasa, que apenas permite leer con comodidad.

La proximité des lieux historique, monuments etc... Le buffet du petit- déjeuner était bien garni et le choix était très varié. De très bon "cappuccino" avec beaucoup de mousse. Personnel du service petit- déjeuner, très bien. La femme de chambre fait le stricte minimum. Savon utilisé pas remplacé et pas en quantité suffisante pour 3 personnes. Nettoyage au changement de client, pas bien fait. La cuvette des W.C. cassée et sale. La couverture du lit, enlevée le premier jour et mise en chiffon dans l'armoire. Le coffre fort défectueux. L'isolation faible des fenêtres des chambres au premier étage. Un grand portail de garage en fer s'ouvre et se ferme même durant la nuit,il est très bruyant et juste sous la chambre. Les parkings extérieurs sont trop cher en zone bleu Euro 3/heure. Parking publique Euro 20 pour 24heures (exemple Paterre). L'hôtel n'avait plus de place disponible

Staff molto cortese e disponibile, in particolare quello del Bar, del ristorante annesso all'hotel (Ristorante Riflessi- ottima scelta, rapporto qualità prezzo) e personale di servizio in camera.

Le personnel de service du petit dejeuner sont antipathique et de mauvaise humeur.lorsque vous allez vous plaindre a la direction il n en tienne pas compte du tout.je ne conseil cette hotel a personne.
