We are not like this hotel at all,specially the lady in reception was not polite at all and very rude.No Elevator and lift available as you need to go in3rd floor with the language and bags.view very poor.no any boat taxi going to hotel,break fast very poor if you compare to rate of hotel as 4star.DON'T Like it at all |

The kindness of the reception staff, the view from the bar and lounge on the flowered courtyard, the fact that the area around the hotel is not clustered with tourists despite being very close to many museums/galleries. The exhibition in the lounge/bar area is very attractive. |

This is a very nice hotel about 3 blocks walk from the Piazza San Marco, the only real bus stop with any practicality for negotiating the tourist areas of Florence. It's close to the university and just far enough from the tourist crowds to be quiet. The hotel rooms were a nice size for Europe, very clean and well maintained as was the rest of the hotel. The restaurant was spectacular - the best meals I had in Italy in 3 cities. Staff was helpful, spoke fluent English. Also added benefit of parking in the basement if needed. The breakfast was also very good. |

We were really happy with our stay at the hotel.The location was very central and we were able to walk everywhere. The staff were very helpful. During our stay Florence was very hot (35 degrees plus ) and our teenage boys really enjoyed playing pool in the downstairs area in the middle of the day when it was too hot to be outside. We would stay again. |

The room including bath room was big enough. Programme of TV was sufficient. The beginning of breakfast should be at from 7AM. Wifi was almost of no use, since there were frequent break of connection. |

I highly recommend to stay in the hotel. It is up to its stars rating. We were impressed with the room. Stuff was also very polite. Plus is free internet. |

Large room, good location near to the center (Duomo), very quiet. The room was very clean and modern decorated.Breakfast buffet was excellent. Best quality and good price. Parking was a little bit expensive (25 euros per day). |
