Fantastic location, 10 minutes walk to beach, 5 minutes to boats, then 20 minute boat ride to st marks.

Easy enough to get to Venice from the hotel, very convenient to the water buses. Great staff, very helpful. One of the cleanest hotels we've stayed at!

To avoid! Our room were unchanged since the 80ties, old furniture, mouldy smell. The outside facade of the building was painted in horrible coulors unworthy the lido. Price quality relation even for Lido die venezia very bad. Breakfast room feels like a clinic bathroom and the coff was just awful. Internet is onlöy available in a small lobby and costs 10 Euros. There are many better alternatives. Look further.

Exceptionally Clean and comfortable. Requested an upgrade and received a beautiful room with a very large terrace (Room 308). Staff very friendly and personable. Easy access to everything and about a 7 minute walk to the Vaporetto.

Breakfast Choices were very limited but adequate.

Value for money, location

It was very near the water buses and very quiet and felt very safe it was good to get back after a day in Venice

No coffee or tea in room or at bar was told the hotel did not provide. there was also no seperate sitting room or garden to relax in only a couple of chairs in reception .There was a very small terrace outside with table and chairs but no where to sit in the sun and relax other than our room

The staff were extremely helpful and we were assisted by 4 different front desk staff and they were all very nice and nothing was a problem for them. The breakfast was generous and they even provided a tray when my friend was ill

The building itself was very attractive, and the location was good. The rooms were well decorated, clean, fresh and comfortable in every way. The breakfast was very well presented with a variety of tasty and healthful food. Everyone was pleasant and helpful. I would recommend the hotel to others.

Loved the decor, the situation of the hotel in the Lido centre with 5 min walk to the Water Bus services into Venice. Beach 10 min walk, clean beach, great resturants, shopping. Excellent place to stay to get the Venice atmosphere without the venice prices and crowds you would pay directly if in Venice, plus you gain more local bars and shops and the beach.

The breakfast was a bit disapointing.

Nice location. Very nice and friendly staff. Parking in the courtyard. NIce and clean rooms.

Breakfast was only average! Could be better!

Very good location in Venice, on the Lido - particularly as we were driving and needed to be able to park our car. We booked a Junior Suite which had a balcony with a view to die for. Water bus stop only a few minutes stroll away. Local amenities for eating, drinking, ice-cream and shopping.

The breakfast was very 'economy'. Having to pay to park. Having to pay for wi-fi access (lobby area only).

Staff was very helpful and it was nice place

Very convenient. Vaporetto made travel easy around city. Vaporetto from airport easy to lido. Breakfasts very good. Many restaurants close by.

Good friendly staff, nice Venetian interior, nice bathroom with bath, single but good breakfast, good price, good dislocation-close to the boat stop, additional bed for children and special chair for children in the kitchen room, nice balcony.

There is no free wi-fi, Tv monitor is smaller than on my laptop )), quite small room.

Enkel men grei frokost. Wi-fi kunn i resepsjonen og frokostsal.

Prachtige kamer met 180° zicht over het Lido! Groot terras!

Terrasse et vue

Het hotel heeft zijn uitstekende ligging op de Lido mee, weg van de drukke Via SME; Hier heerst altijd een vakantiegevoel. Het management is heel behulpzaam en er is gewerkt aan de ontbijtformule die duidelijk verbeterd werd. Dit hotel is een aanrader voor iedereen.

Niets alleen spijtig van het weer dat een Europese flauwte had de eerste twee dagen maar nadien zomerweer :)
