Rooms design and location are very good. Bathroom in new but very ordinary. Hotel is 3 km above see but view is excellent. Hotel stuff is not very professional. Reception stuff is very unfriendly and you have to wait very long people on bar. Rooms and rest of hotel could be more clean. It is pity because hotel is on very special please and design is super so stuff should take more care about their one facilites. |

We booked one night here while travelling around lake garda. After seeing where we had arrived, we decided to stay for a second night. The views of the lake and mountains from the hotel, especially swimming pool area are stunning. It is possible to sit at the pool and sip drinks during the afternoon "plus at night for a romantic bottle of wine and swim :-)" Town is a short walk away. Approx 10-15mins. Steep hill on the way back - so be prepared for that. Lovely accommodating staff at the hotel. We enjoyed the town at night - good life around plus nice restaurants to dine in. |

Location Staff rude, designer beds not practical, rooms had poor sound insulation from adjacent rooms, traffic noise was excessive and poor sound insulation in walls/glazing also. Pool had no adjoining facilities. 4 star facility with no concierge. |

We had a great balcony with an amazing view of the lake. The swimming pool was really good and good gym facilities. The waitors in the restaurant were really friendly and helpful. The wooden planks at the swimming pool werent safe both me and another resident got a splinter from them. The food was a bit variable, some evenings better than others. At dinner we seemed to all be squashed into one side of the hotel for no apparant reason |

Fabulous views, quiet location, short walk down quiet lane to center, hotel and facilities good. The restaurant service and the breakfast quality meant we did not wish to eat there on an evening. |

The swimming pool and the nice view to the the lake In our hotel room we could see only rock. Between the rock and the room the was a terrace, but it was dark and was not cleaned for a long time. As a four star hotel we actually expected a little bit more. |

De kamer en parkeergelegenheid. Mooi gelegen in bergen. Verder als je een goede kamer hebt, kun je super genieten van het uitzicht. Ongezellig hotel, geen sfeer. Ontbijt was matig. Niet met blote voeten bij zwembad vanwege splinteren van de vlonder. |

Пожалуй самый удачный вид на озеро. Расположен довольно высоко на горе, вид из номера (если номер с видом на озеро), с терасс и от бассейна великолепный . Противоположная сторона обращена к бассейну или скале. Довольно скудное оборудование номеров для 4-х звезд. Да и кухня слабовата - завтрак/ужин не впечатлил. Напоминает хорошую турбазу. |

Modern, aangenaam hotel. Aangename, ruime en luchtige kamers. Zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Uitgebreid ontbijtbuffet. Prachtig zwembad, prima ligging met fascinerend zicht op Gardameer. Rustig gelegen en toch vlakbij het meer. Een auto is wel een must om het meer te bereiken. |
