Atlantic Palace  

Simona was excellent. The staff overall was very good. The location was good for us. It was right near the train station and reasonably located. The breakfast came with what we purchased and it was not bad. Simona recommended excellent restaurants. He was very helpful.

This was not a 4 star hotel at all. The carpet was low quality with no padding. The bathroom was small. The shower was tiny, although the water pressure was good. The sheets had holes in them. They did replace them. They only bring one towel to the room and no hand towels . So we had to request extra towels each day. We did have an issue with the hotel rate. When we booked, it was 312 thru booking.com. I explained out flight was cancelled by American airlines and you agreed to rebook, although it was at 402 instead of 312. I do not feel we should have paid an extra 90 euros. And, the price for really a 3 star hotel was not acceptable.

Our stay was fantastic, we were greeted with a smile and felt welcomed. Ramone (the bell hop) was a great help as well. Breakfast was good, the hotel is in a great location less than a 10min walk from the train station. Just around the corner from the hotel the streets are lined up with vendors with all kinds of items for sale, from shoes/leather jackets/purses/luggage and all kinds of souveiners. Also you can walk to many of the attractions. You can also book your excursions right at the hotel, which we did with no problems. Just a reminder when booking tours/excursions at the hotel you must pay with cash. The restaurant next to the hotel was very good as well.

The room was lovely and the breakfast was an extra perk. The staff was very helpful with recommendations and arranging a taxi to return to the airport.

The bathroom could use an update - the shower/tub was very narrow.

there is good combination of price+design+comfort in this hotel. Liked it very much - you can feel antique combined with modern life here. A;so it is very easy to get by foot to every part of the city

I loved the breakfast and the location. I love Italy. I am Italian though. Had a great time. The stay was not long enough. Thanks for the memories. Theresa Campise

Strange design of bedroom

I had a strange room that extended over ... three levels - the entrance, toilet and the room itself. It was all fine, but a bit excentric. I found the staff at the reception rather impolite and impatient. But it is an excellent location and a reasonable price.

Central location near to all tourist attractions, market and shopping. Good buffet breakfast.Views of the Duomo from my room.

While the room had an outstanding view, the layout was awkward and potentially dangerous, with 13 steep slate steps down to the bathroom from the bedroom area. The layout of the room detracted from the comfort possible.

Great location especially to the market. Hotel staff were more than happy to do anything for you. Very willing and knowledgeable.

Breakfast could have been a little better and replenished regularly.

Location is good.
