Price/Quality

I reserved 2 rooms with no cancellation. The payment is charged on single credit card and was not possible to split into 2 credit cards. I don't know if staff didn't want to try or whatelse. because technically is possible.

The location is perfect - close to the railway station and the stop of the airport bus (5 minutes walking), close to the old town, duomo and other sights (also 5 minutes), very nice and helpful staff, pretty good breakfast, in general great value for money.

Not in any way a 4 star hotel.... do not stay here it is a tip dirty rooms over priced take no notice of the pics it is like a bad hostal at best a 2 star hotel with a 4 star price what a dump

Location; rooms were too old. Hairdryer was broken- asked to fix they did not. Little water was running from the shower, askedbto fix didn't

Wonderful Breakfast, Perfect location, Amazing style, Comfortable rooms, (Superior number 208 & Deluxe number 188) Recommended for a nice romantic trip to Florence. It's a 5 minute walk from SMN Train Station and 5 minute walk to the Duomo and shopping area.

Air-condition was not working and staff were irresponsible about it and mentioned in certain seasons in Florence hotels do not have permission to turn on heating even though it was 11 degrees and very cold (I don't know how true this statement was).

This was not a 4 star hotel, max 2 stars. The breakfast had low quality( bread, juice, coffe, cheese...) And the room was small, the beds hard and worn out

Very close to center and historical place.

Very old, room was very dim and no sunlight, very old furniture and no maintenance, Jacuzzi was not working, corridor carpet was very dirty! The night shift reception man was not helpful, room and toilet were different from photos, waited 45 minutes to get my car.

Actually nothing, we'd like to pre inform other visitors to not book this hotel !!! It is even not 2 star hotel..

The bed's are terrible , room have to be repaired, we've run out from this hotel. Dear administration of BOOKING.COM - please cancel this hotel from your list !!!

The bed was sooooo hard, we tossed all night, every night.

I think it is not worth to be a 4 star hotel, I would rather put it in the 3 star category. It did not meet my expectations of a 4 star hotel.

Good breakfast. Convenient location near train station and Duomo area. Free wifi but only available in common areas.

Close quarters. The bed/mattress looked like it was about 50 years old. Wifi only in common areas. Hotel looks much more spacious and glamorous on internet than in reality. Pretty expensive for what you got.

We were a group of 5 female friends who stayed 3 nights at the Atlantic Palace. We chose it because of its location which was perfect by being a short walk from the railway station and within walking distance of all the major attractions. We all enjoyed our stay and could not fault the hotel or its staff. The 2 ladies on reception couldn't have been more helpful. Nothing was a problem to them and they dealt with all our questions and requests with a smile. The rooms had lots of character and were clean. There was a wide choice at breakfast. We would recommend it to anyone.

This is a very good hotel. We enjoyed staying there.The location of the hotel is also very good. The railway station is quite opposite.All shopping centers are nearby. In fact, shopping in Florence is greatful. The staff of the hotel is very friendly and helpful. Very good breakfast. We recommend this hotel to business people as well as to the tourists.

There is nothing I liked

1 - not only confirm my reservation one day before to come. 2 - treated bad receiver. 3 - did not give me the room you have chosen in terms of the distance of the room and furniture. 4 - When you booked the room and bathroom pictures and furniture was fantastic but when I came it was all bad just different. 5 - Furniture rooms are very old, very small room and there is no place I move, clothes closet is broken. 6 - the bathroom is very bad does not work to use, unlike the photos when booking, and the great misfortune that there is a window of the bathroom to the outside and when you go out to the outside there is also a window overlooking the other to another room, and where the safety at this hotel bad. 7 - There is no rest in sleep, as hear the sound of cars and people the morning and night, even in the morning hear the cleaners cleaning the hotel rooms and corridors, and also knocking on the door to clean the room, the clean of the room bad 8 - The hotel does not deserve a single star and also not one euro, would not recommend booking this hotel deceptive.
