Atlantic Palace  

Simona was excellent. The staff overall was very good. The location was good for us. It was right near the train station and reasonably located. The breakfast came with what we purchased and it was not bad. Simona recommended excellent restaurants. He was very helpful.

This was not a 4 star hotel at all. The carpet was low quality with no padding. The bathroom was small. The shower was tiny, although the water pressure was good. The sheets had holes in them. They did replace them. They only bring one towel to the room and no hand towels . So we had to request extra towels each day. We did have an issue with the hotel rate. When we booked, it was 312 thru booking.com. I explained out flight was cancelled by American airlines and you agreed to rebook, although it was at 402 instead of 312. I do not feel we should have paid an extra 90 euros. And, the price for really a 3 star hotel was not acceptable.

Just and only the location, location is near Duomo and station. Most of the staff was nice, Nico is very nice and helpfull and really friendly. But some of the staff was not nice.

Hotel was dirty.The walls in my room were dirty. This is not at all a four star hotel. I have booked a non smoking room and was placed in a smoking allowed room. Only one tiny, tiny drawer, and one small corner cupboard. When I complained, the guy said single rooms are all smoking rooms although my booking confirmation stated that I was booked in a non smoking room. I was really very dissapointed, especially because I had to stay there for 4 nights. The hotel does not look like the photo's posted on the website. I truly believe that if I knew this hotel is only a three star, I would have accepted the state it was in, but I had such great expectations, and not one was met. So, if you book, expect a three star hotel with a nice location..

Good location, close to the city center

There was almost no hot water in the bathroom: stream was poor and it was no possibility to take a shower! No internet connection, thus Wi-Fi is payable. I bought a card for eur 8 per 24 hours, but Internet was available only during 2 hours. Old furniture, room smells like granny's storage. By the end, when I asked the receptionist to order a taxi to the airport (which is 15 min drive from the hotel), he charged me for eur 20 additionally(!) for making call to the taxi driver, that was waiting at the corner. Terrible experience. Please be careful!

The hotel was not similar to the pictures shown, the breakfast was very disappointing and the cleaning crew didn't replace the items used or pick up the trash.

I loved the breakfast and the location. I love Italy. I am Italian though. Had a great time. The stay was not long enough. Thanks for the memories. Theresa Campise

We were in Florence for our honeymoon.Atlantic Palace is a very well sittuated hotel. Very close to the train station and very close to the center of the city on foot.

The rooms were very old, the walls in our room (n370) were dirty.The room had nothing to make you feel warm and at home.Breakfast was ok but nothing special. The aircondition in our room was exactly looking to the bed and we had to ask the reception( we could not close it from our room) to close it because we would have gotten ill!
