Good location If you are planning a romantic weekend don’t waist your money on this hotel!! a very poor hotel in a shabby small street. It looks like a youth hostel. Our first room should have (according to the description) two single beds but it turned out to be one small bed and a sleeping couch in a small smelly room. Our second room was better but no air-conditioning and the heating couldn’t be turned of. Staff was not friendly and speaks almost no English. |

Great value for money, booked this for august for only EUR58 p/n. Located conviently close to the train and bus stations for a late night arrival and early departure. As venice is so small it doesn't really matter where th hotel is located as we walked around everywhere and out catching the beauty that is Venice rather than holed up in our hotel room. The hotel has recently refurbished their ensuite bathrooms, all very clean and bed comfortable enough. Har air conditioning to keep us cool during the warm night. |

Our room was economy-room and staff made sure that we understood that. Room was very clean and bathroom was big, almost bigger than rest of the room. It was hot! |

It is good price for staying in Venice. nice room It would be healthy to have possibility to have breakfast a bit later. We have overslept our breakfast, - was insulting.)) We were late for half an hour. |

Not a very good experience. Staff was rude. We could not check in at 2 pm even though it said we can. The rooms were poor quality with the corridor full of broken cupboards. I cannot say anything good about the hotel, we stayed on the ground floor next to where the laundry was done in the middle of the night,the room felt damp and very dark I would not be able to reccomend this to anyone |

Good price in an expensive city. The rooms are getting renovated and the new ones are nice. Location is excellent, very close to the train station and the vaporetto. Good beds and clean bedding. Helpful staff and adequate breakfast. We had two rooms. The renovated one one was nice. The other one was not great. Old furniture, neglected look, but very clean however. |
