Most of all staff, cleanliness and location

No Wi-Fi. Rooms are too small. When siting in the toilet you are abutting against the shower cabin.

The male reception was quite friendly and can speak customer's native language(simple).The location was good nearby S.Lucia will be convenient in traffic.Main tourist road was 50m away.

I lived in first floor.the room smells mildew.i can't goes into sleep in first day. And the noise in next room will trouble you with go inside and out

The staff were very friendly, nice clean rooms. Close to the train station and bus stop so it is not far when you arrive late. Will stay here again.

Very good location, very closed to the shop street and train station.

The price was very good. The room was clean and comfortable, the bathroom was neat and clean, there was plenty of hot water.

There was a slight cigarette smell in the room. The TV was tiny and we couldn't even use it because we had no remote control, and at the reception they weren't able to help us with the TV.

2 mins away from train station. Shopping and restaurants very near

Administration office is at different place ofcourse 2 mins away. Building is very old.

The location is perfect, near to Santa Lucia central rail station. Just turn left after you exit the station and turn left to the second or third alley. You will see the alley name in the corner and and ice cream store. 5 minutes total walk something which is very useful if toy arrive late in Venice. The price was non refundable, but was rather cheap, comparing the standard of other hotels in the city. Good if you just want to spend the night and not the day at the hotel.

There is no Wifi internet available in the hotel and breakfast cost 8 euros per person per night and served to a near location, something that I dont think that worth and thats why we didn't take it. Room is very small and compact but bathroom is rather more big comparing to the main room.

Quiet and convenient. Good place to sleep.

Exploit the hotel to take the value of accommodation and offered by the worst rooms

The staff was very helpful and friendly. The hotel was very accesible and located close to the main hubs leading to the buses which take one to the airport and close to the train station, too. The price was great, given location, and the rooms were very clean and comfortable and nicely done.

The hotel was located at an excellent location, 5 minutes away from the bus station and 1 minute from the point from were you pick up the vaporettos and water taxis. The receptionist was very helpful even though he didn't know English.

The decoration of the room was not good though and the cleaneleness and space was as expected from a two star hotel. The tv was not working and there was a smell in the room.

We found it very convenient the proximity of the hotel with the train station of Sta. Lucia in Venezia. The bathroom is new and clean. The staff is nice and polite.

The room had a strong smell of dust and the view was terrible: a dumpster of old construction material and garbage. The heat was off in the hole hotel, including our room (although it was spring in Venezia, the nights were very cold). We asked then to turn it on, but they said it was not possible. There was a leak in the bathroom, what made de hole floor wet all the time.
