Atlantide Hotel  

We found it very convenient the proximity of the hotel with the train station of Sta. Lucia in Venezia. The bathroom is new and clean. The staff is nice and polite.

The room had a strong smell of dust and the view was terrible: a dumpster of old construction material and garbage. The heat was off in the hole hotel, including our room (although it was spring in Venezia, the nights were very cold). We asked then to turn it on, but they said it was not possible. There was a leak in the bathroom, what made de hole floor wet all the time.

This hotel is close to Santa Lucia station.

1. The building located a reception is far and different from the building contating rooms which customers stayed. Also, the reception building is another hotel and has another name. 2. I booked a double room on the booking.com but this hotel gave me a single room. Consequently, they broke the contract. 3. The room was very shabby and cold. The closet was almost broken. 4. There's a unpleasant picture on the room's wall.

The price was very good. The room was clean and comfortable, the bathroom was neat and clean, there was plenty of hot water.

There was a slight cigarette smell in the room. The TV was tiny and we couldn't even use it because we had no remote control, and at the reception they weren't able to help us with the TV.

2 mins away from train station. Shopping and restaurants very near

Administration office is at different place ofcourse 2 mins away. Building is very old.

Hotel is located in good position in the city. Railway station and water bus is near, only 5minutes by walking.If you have big luggages and you need only a few days for nightit is good for you. If you don´t want a pay 8eur for a breakfast and you aren ´t not riser you can go to near cafe houses or restaurants later.

Double bed is not a real one, but it is consited of two single beds - therefore is problem with sleeping and moving beds into together. Sometimes chambermaid get in without taping even if door is closed.

Location...minutes from the Train Station and many services. When you see people lugging suitcases in the middle of Venice, you wince. The afternoon Concierge (Alex) was very helpful.

Breakfast area is very small for the number of rooms.

The room smelled like mold and the air conditioner worked very poorly and was disturbingly noisy, making it difficult to have a good night's sleep.

The hotel staff was suprb.: Friendly, accomodating, helpfull. Will be back.

Finding it would be easier with a board and/or with a pointing arrow on the main street.

It was adequate for one night stay but would say longer

ver dark room with no outside light entering except from a small window over looking the back court yard that was full of junk

the room is rather tiny. slightly costly for the price - no breakfast, no wifi

This hotel is located near train station/ bus terminal/ Vaporetto (water-bus) stop, so we don't have to get lost in complex venezia town.

There isn't a lift, so we have to go up to third floor with luggeges by step. But I don't know if lift is common in Benezia..

Excellent location. Quiet and clean. Friendly, helpful staff available 24 hours.

The room was very small but we weren't too worried about that as it was clean and had all facilities.

Location was really good, would not want to walk far in Venice with a suitcase and this hotel was right near the train station but not too close
