Location (convienent to train station and shopping area) .

Price quality ratio is very bad. We paid 98 euro for one night and we didn't have access to wifi, we didn't find soap in the bathroom (it is unacceptable ), one towel was spotted and rooms are extremely small. The staff asked us to offer a deposit of 50 euros for remote control -we never heard such a thing anywhere.

The hotel has a value fair if you are looking for a place just to sleep and it has hot water in the bath. It is located very close to the train station and you can go walking to everywhere. People should be aware that the check in is made in another hotel in the main street (but it is very close to the Atlantide, less than 1 minute walking. Bags can be left after check-out but it is in a public area which some people may not like.

location was very good beacuse you can visit the city and te train station and bus station was near.

the breakfast was no so good, a little bit poor, and the room was very small.

There was work being done in the building, we were woken up everyday with uncomfortable noise. There was an awful smell coming from the bathroom, and the remote control didn't work appropiatley.

Ugly, dirty room. Ultra small- it's even hard to walk inside.

A localização é muito boa e o quarto está restaurado. Bom para quem não pretende utilizar os serviços do hostel - apenas para banho e cama!

O hostel estava em obras, com muita sujeira pelos corredores e mal cheiro. A televisão e o secador de cabelo não funcionavam e faltou agua quente.

The distance to Santa Lucia railway station is only 200m, and very convinient with water bus and shopping.

The sign of the hotel is in a very tiny and thin road, and no lead or clear directions on the main street, which took us 1 hour to find the place, and the reception was empty, only a note written in Italian on the door saying that the reception is in another hotel!!!! Unbelieveble! Thanks to a warmhearted local guy translated to us and lead us the way.

they change the reception desk to the main road that let us walk much longer with heavy luggage. the most unbelieveble thing is we have to take the luggage back to the old address ! they do not have any elevator ，and some construction work is ongoing， every place smells like building site and garbage. the room like 5㎡ and only could put one bed and a small desk．refuse our pay by credit card，which is pretty clear allowed in booking confirmation。接待室被搬到了主街上，给的地址不开门贴了一张破地图看不懂，害的我们拎着箱子- 找了半天。接待人员很没耐心，两人间只给一张地图多一张地图都不给。房间根本没有十几平米，最多五平方，因- 为只能放得下一张双人床和一个小书桌，放下行李就没有走路的地方了。不接受信用卡付款，确认单上明明是可以- !!

The room was very comfortable, and bathroom clean and functional. Checkin and checkout was easy and staff friendly. Great location, near St Lucia station (Venice main station) and easy walking throughout the islands. We would definitely stay here again for the price we paid.

No free wifi. No dining options at the hotel, but a huge amount within a few minutes walk. Reception is at another hotel nearby, which was no problem for us but read the e-mail they send upon booking and note the address for your check-in. Check-in was smooth and totally not a problem when you are aware of this.

It's very close to the railway station and in a place with lots of stores and restaurants. Also not very far from the points of interests in Venice

The air conditioning was giving cold air and by the time we got in the room it was freezing cold as noone checked it. Also in the offer tv was included but without a remote, nothing was available on tv. The guarantee for remote was 50 eur, more than the room price.

It was easy to reach from the train station. The bathroom was clean and comfortable.

The reception is in another hotel, 2 minutes walking away.

Location. Towel warmer in bathroom was convenient for drying clothes after a damp day in the flooded streets!

Bare bones facilities. Paint peeling in the room, not enough room in the armoire to store two normal backpacks.

Rooms were not clean. A/C wasn't working. It was located in a very shady place. Towels were filthy. Overall stay was pretty bad.

The reception seems not fair to customers 1) I paid for breakfast but he said not paid yet, 2) the TV doesn't work.

It was one of the less expensive hotels in Venice Italy. The location was good for the train station travelor.

Rooms were quite small for 2 people and no breakfast option available with the room.

For no frills accommodation the Atlantide is absolutely find. The en-suite shower room was modern, clean and in good working order, the room was clean and tidy, and the bed was very comfortable, ie not too soft. There was no traffic noise or intrusive light so we both slept like babies. The location of the hotel is ideal for transport into the centre of Venice, or beyond to the islands, and of course for the nearby train station for a quick return to the airport. The local street has plenty of little cafes for a breakfast coffee. The Atlantide also has a useful little outdoors area. Again it's no frills but it's somewhere where you can make plans for the day in peace and quiet or write postcards. Staff were happy to let us leave our luggage at the hotel throughout our last day in Venice before our evening flight home -- very helpful.

It was good location close the st lucia train station.

The hotel has'nt any services. No free wifi it was expensive. Also there are not fridge , water or drinks. Beds was short for us and unconfortable

i stayed there with my husband with my husband for 2 nights. So the location is good, because it is 3 minutes walk fron santa lucia train station, and 30 minutes walk from san marco piazza. So the hotel itself is very poor, not very clean, tooo little rooms and toilets. with no free wifi,

Nothing to like about Atlantide Hotel !

This hotel in word is "lousy". Old building, no elevators, unfriendly staff, saying no for every request, A/c was not cooling, bathroom with bad smell and mosquitoes. Not worthy enough for a tariff of Euros 90 a day The only good thing about the hotel is that it is closer to Venice Railway Station and water-front.

The hotel closes to Venice S.L. railway station, and easy to take water traffics.
