Buon giorno ..siamo stati soddisfatti dalla nostra vacanza ,anche se di pochi giorni ...... posto bellissimo ,pulito,e molto ospitale ........ ristorante ottimo come prezzi, servizio ed ecellente per il servizio da asporto !!!!!!!!! spiagge varie e da cercare la piu' adatta alle proprie esigenze....esperienza positiva ...Franco Teresa

Aspetti negativi non direi ma il servizio "mini market " secondo noi e' da rivedere dato che il Residence e' aperto tutto il tempo dell'anno , ci sembra un po' troppo limitato come articoli

Il posto è tranquillo, pulito e c'è il posto auto accanto al bungalow. Il rapporto qualità/prezzo è molto conveniente!

Se devo trovare un neo, la colazione non è stata molto soddisfacente.

Buon bagno. Ampia cucina attrezzata; area con tavolo all'aperto. Bella piscina con bar a bordo vasca.

Letto singolo scomodo; staff lento nelle pratiche di check in. Assenza di pulizia quotidiana nelle camere (forse normale però per bungalow)

We have stayed in a 4-bed bungalow for a week. The facility is close to most main attractions of the Puglia region; Alberobello, Zoo Safari, Astuni, Monopoli, etc. There is a restaurant with reasonable prices and good food. The pool is nice to swim in during week days (definitely not during the weekends !). There is a mini market on the compound where you can buy your basic food and personal cleaning needs.

The pool is open to the public, it gets overcrowded and extremely filthy during the weekends. I have seen saliva, drool, spit, mucus and almost every type of human body secretion&discharge in the pool during the weekend. The pool rules are not followed or enforced during the weekends, it gets very unhealthy and unsafe especially for children. The 2 beaches close to the compound are approximately 10 meters wide and occupied at all times. The real beach is 2 km away. You are requested to pay the whole amount during check-in, before even seeing the room. For the breakfast; you get a cup of coffee or milk, a croissant, 2 types of small size jam and small size hazelnut cream served with a plastic plate and a single plastic knife only, nothing else. Breakfast is served at the bar when you go to the bar and ask for it. The mattresses were the most uncomfortable ones we have slept in our entire life and they were the worst of what we had in this hotel. The double bed was two single beds put together side by side. Single beds’ mattresses were 3 thin sponge single mattresses put on top of each other to make 1 thick single mattress. No room or cleaning service. We had 2 large and 2 small towels for 4 people. Bed sheets and the towels have never been changed !!! Finished toilet paper roll was never replaced. Electric outlets, plastic chairs, plastic table, wooden bed frame, metal bed frame were all broken. Be prepared for an ant invasion, they are everywhere. Have your insecticide ready. Make sure you have a mop to mop the bathroom floor, it turns into a little pond when you shower. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel.

The location is fantastic, both in terms of proximity to the sea, to restaurants, and to tourist attractions. It is a great base to do day- tripping around the area. The seaside by the resort is rocky - a lot of fun for exploring and enjoying the gorgeous views. There are sandy beaches not far up the road if that is what you're looking for. The staff are friendly and welcoming. Good value for your money.

The bungalow we had was pretty basic - not very big, and nothing fancy. It was cramped for four people. There was no dish soap or linens provided in the kitchen. Unfortunately, the pool was not yet open while we were there; that would have improved our stay, for sure. The children's play area could do with a little jazzing up - it is old and tired.
