The location was excellent just five minutes from St.Mark's Square. The two girls on reception Martina and I think Sue were extremely helpful and made us feel very welcome. We requested a room with a view of the lagoon and were lucky enough to get it. The view was breathtaking in room no 202. Our stay was very pleasant we would return again. |

The hotel is right on "the Grande Canal" , the hotel is very close to several water taxi stops, the morning buffet was a simple quick european style breakfast, the hotel was seemingly for adults ONLY---we liked this feature & quiet-quiet-quiet Could not find any tv stations in English |

The ladies working at the reception & breakfast were really like a family.. Smiling always, helpful, joyful... Breakfast was really good... Our room was very romantic with a wonderful view... Room and bathroom was really clean.. A romantic hotel- easy to reach from the airport and from everywhere... We will stay again for sure... Recommend to everybodu who wants to stay in a small, friendly and romantic hotel... The shower water was changing temperature just like crazy... One moment really cold two seconds later crazy hot... There must be a problem ... has to be fixed .... Everything was so great that we even forgot to tell this problem to the reception; if we did maybe they would fix it... |

Wonderful! Cozy hotel, great staff (specially Lisa, from the front desk, who explained everything about the city, where to eat good food, best atractions etc...), good breakfast, great location (about two blocks from San Marco Square), internet for a reasonable price (5 euro for 24h) |

The room was absolutely stunning, staff left bottle of shampagne in the room, room and hotel very clean Night staff as staff in dining room as well had very limited english, though day reception was covered perfectly |

Staff were friendly. Location was good. The breakfast will be: choice of coffee, fruit juice, croissant, fruit salad, yoghurt (plain or fruit), plate of cheese, ham, salami.......the challenge is to work this out without speaking a word of Italian....very entertaining! Don't be a rude English person and try and make an effort! We arrived late, just before 1.00 a.m. but still received a wam welcome. I printed a satellite map showing where hotel was i.e. very close to vaporetto stop, but the easiest way to find it was by the number on the door ...doh! Don't expect a big room. It was perfectly adequate, but not large. |

Helpful and very friendly staff. Very clean and warm rooms. Great location: close to Piazza San Marco and a great vew of the sea. Breakfast was very good. We just loved the towel warmer :) |

location of hotel was great, we walked to everything from there. lovely view from our room over the lagoon. Staff were really welcoming and helpful. Breakfast was very good. knowing which water-bus stop to get off at, once we found it was very convienent to the hotel. |

Fantastic!, Close to the boat taxi and main monuments. The staff were fabulous and could not do enough for us. They spoke very good english a special thank you to Martina. The rooms were warm, comfortable and clean. The breakfast was excellent a european breakfast. We have stayed at 10 europe hotels and this is the best so far and equal to the other european 4 stars. |

The hotel was well placed for all the main sights and was very easy to find, being a 2 minute walk to the vaporetto stop. The staff were pleasant and helpful. The breakfasts were copious but very dull. Tinned fruit followed by a plate of salami and cheese, with croissant and yoghurt. Soundproofing was virtually non existent between rooms, we could almost hear entire conversation of couple next door. Thankfully our lack of Italian meant we couldn't understand it. |

We liked the location, the staff was extremely helpful and polite, the breakfast fair, the room was very nice, elegantly decorated and very clean. Enjoyed the free internet. small facilities for breakfast. The double bed was in fact two single beds together and not very comfortable. |

Desk staff had good English. Location near the Waterbus excellent. Everything promised by the brochure was there. Good Internet Access Hard to find until you realise it is a Geust House and Not a Hotel ie thee is no big sign outside. |

We booked room for 3 persons. it was very nice and clean room with a beautiful view and convenient location. Friendly and helpful staff. One that I can recommend to hotel management is to change smth in lobby. it doesn't look as comfortable. |

Decent size (for Venice) triple room with excellent view over the lagoon near the start of the Grand Canal and small balcony, 5 min walk from St Mark's square. Excellent value for a hotel with such a location and view. |
