Great location and the room was a nice size. We have 2 older children and the 4 of us had plenty of room. The staff was vey friendly and helped us with all of our questions! |

Excellent location, just a few minutes from Piazza San Marco along the lagoon. Very friendly staff at front desk. Value for money is excellent, considering the prices of things in Venice. |

nice view we had very small room, not the same we have seen on the pictures during booking process. It looked like they expected a bigger tip for larger room or something like that. I was really disappointed when I checked that we received the smallest room on the floor. Before you go there please make sure that you print photos of the room you are booking and show them if they try to give you less comfortable room. |

Perfect location for sightseeing in Venice, very close to Arsenale Valporetto (water taxi) stop. Beds small and not comfortable; the rooms facing the main canal are noisy at night, breakfast was so so. Fair price for Venice but still expensive for what you get. |

The view from our bedroom. The friendly and helpful staff. Good location The breakfast was very poor for a hotel of his standard. Tinned fruit salad, no croissants, no cereals and very small unattractive room. We didn't even bother to take breakfast the last 2 days. Our room was adequate but needed renovation, and was disappointing compared to photos on website. Soundproofing between rooms could be improved. |

Fantastic view and location. My room was quite large. People very friendly and helpful (familiar type of stay). Limited space for clothes and toiletry. Breakfast room small. Window exterior doors need to be substituted. Outside ID is difficult to see. If you want a hotel this is not a typical hotel. |

I visited Venice as a gift trip to my parents and this was our last stop. I booked the family room for 4 with the Canal View. This was an excellent choice. The view was perfect and the room was excellent. We had 2 rooms separated by a living area. Very clean, air condition, close to every main sight and the vaporettos. Excellent breakfast included. |

We stayed at lagoon view room, it is very nice. Breakfast is also good. Difficult to find out the entrance. Need to be refurbished the exterior. |

This hotel was very well located. Only 5 mins walk from the water ferry stop from Marco Polo airport. This is very convenient when arriving at a late hour. The room was cosy and clean with a view to die for! The staff were all very helpful especially Martina the receptionist. The breakfast room is small but not a problem. Again, the staff were very pleasant. I would return and recommend to others. |

Our room was beautifully decorated,bathroom lovely,view amazing..staff very helpful and english speaking, and friendly...breakfast very good,breakfast staff lovely...Would go back!! I chose this hotel based on the good reviews I had read on Booking.com, and I was not dissapointed,only improvement would have been a bigger room, which would have made things easier with a toddler room although beautiful was too small, we had a superior triple, but it was more the right size for a double... Breakfast room also small, but still enjoyable |

We stayed at the annex, 50 meters down the road. Two room suite, excellent view, clean, roomy, pleasant decoration, good location, good breakfast, wifi. Single problem: kids liked the room so much that they didn't want to go out to see Venice :-) |
