水上バス乗り場、観光名所も至近で便利。　スタッフもフレンドリーで好感がもてました。

ホテルの入り口が民家と同じなので番地に気をつけて探さないと見逃します。　朝食の場所は狭いので優雅に朝食というわけにはいきません。

水上バス乗り場からも近く、帰りが遅くなってしまう外出も、夕方、安心して出掛けられたこと。

全身を見ることの出来る鏡が欲しかった。

ロケーションも良く、値段も手頃だと思います。スタッフも親切な対応でした。

セーフティ･ボックスがあるのですが、鍵式だったのでやや不安でした。

一見お洒落で素敵な部屋ですが、かなり古さを感じます。特に水回りは微妙な感じです。不自由はありませんが- アンバランスさが落ち着かない。フロントと別館なのがセキュリティ的に不安でした。

朝食が付いてるのはいいですが目の前でパックからハム・サラミをお皿に盛っていたり、冷蔵庫から『ハイ』と- ヨーグルトを出してきたり棚からシリアルを差し出したりジュース、牛乳はパックから　と、“ホテル”と呼ぶには驚きの多い朝食でした。

ロケーション、部屋、サービス共に非常によかった。

ダイニングルーム(朝食)が狭すぎる。

サンマルコ広場から徒歩ですぐの距離、サンマルコ運河に面しているので住居表示をたどれば見つけやすいです- 。スタッフは親切・丁寧で快適な宿泊ができました。

朝食ルームが狭すぎるのが残念でしたが、宿泊料金や朝食の内容から考えれば文句は言えません。

Very good location, canal view room definitively recommended

The room looked out to the water to the basin. We saw big cruise ships going past evening and morning as they came in and out of Venice so close it felt you could touch them. Wonderful location and view, around the block and you are in St Marks Square. Cheapest gelato we found was just under the rooms too! Even though the rooms faced the main promenade it was not very noisy at night, bed was comfortable, bathroom very clean. Breakfast generous and the staff very pleasant. The vaperetto stop is 10 m away, we walked to the Rialto with kids in under 10 min. Venice is magic!

The floor is a little slopy :) That's Venice though so it's not a complaint, just interesting. It might have been tricky to see the entrance but we were lucky when the women in front of us on the street opened the door and walked in, when we looked at her we saw it was where we were looking for. Ask for a landmark when getting the address as the sign is small.

Easy access from public transportation, located less than 1/2 mile from St Marks Sq. Went out of their way to help.

The whole tenor of the hotel was quality, care and comfort. Its position was perfect with water bus access close by to every single place of interest. A touch of class in a manageable size.

Yes I liked and I'm going to take the hotel next time when viviting in Venice in 2011.

The staff were particularly friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel is also excellent.

The room could have been a bit bigger - there was hardly room to walk round the bed. The lighting in the room was far too dim. There was no headboard on the bed, which made it uncomfortable to sit up in bed.

very friendly and helpful staff, which provide everything we ask for. nice seaview room and very clean. good location, away from noisy ferry point but short walking distance(5 min slow walk) to it.
