Attico Dei Pini

Ewa was wonderfully kind and helpful. The proximity of the metro was brilliant. The price was good. The breakfast croissants. :-)

I emailed to say I'd arrive at 1pm, but they didn't tell me I'd have to wait until 3pm, so that was a bit of a pain.

Camere ampie e pulite. Vicinissimo alla fermata metro e bus. Cucina a disposizione x caffe e colazione

Trattasi di un appartamento con stanze riservate agli ospiti. Gentile lo staff al ricevimento.

L'appartamento si situa in zona residenziale 'Garbatella' dove è impossibile trovare parcheggio se ci si reca in auto. Le stanze non sono coibentate acusticamente tanto da precludere ogni possibilità di privacy e silenzio; in presenza di altri ospiti maleducati con bambini che fanno rumore (come ci è capitato) non si riesce a stare; la colazione scarsa va preparata usufruendo della cucina messa a disposizione degli ospiti. Avevamo prenotato 2 camere doppie e qualche giorno prima ci hanno messo a disposizione una quadrupla con la motivazione che c'erano lavori in corso nella casa (che non abbiamo visto). Brutta esperienza.

Non c'è il parcheggio per la macchina, inoltre la colazione diciamo che è un po rudimentale.. a noi ci andava bene ma a qualcuno potrebbe non piacere

Внезапно сменили ключ от входной двери. Пришлось ждать 40минут, пока привезут новый. По приезде тоже пришлось ждать, пока откроют, так как в отеле никого не было.

Raskesti leitav. Majutus eramaja 5 korrusel, ühtegi silti ega viita hotelli kohta pole. Keegi maja elanikest ei tea juhatada. Hommikusöök oli kodulehel parem esitletud. Mõned pakendis saiad ja põhimõtteliselt kõik.

コーヒーがおいしかった。部屋が広くて綺麗だった。トイレやバスも綺麗だった。

部屋に蚊がでた。スタッフに蚊がでるから蚊よけを貸してくれとメモを書いておいたが無視された。おかげで目- の上が刺されて、お岩さん状態。 地下鉄B線が工事のため土曜の夜から日曜全部運休だった。土曜夜、帰るときにローマのテルミニ駅から170- 番のバスを使った。マルコーニというバス停が4つくらいあるので、地下鉄のマルコーニを誰かに教えてもらっ- て無事帰れた。 管理人は常にホテルにいるわけではないので、チェックイン時間を正確に管理人に教えておいたほうがいいです- 。

Lo staf è stato gentile e disponibilissimo, ci ha consentito di lasciare I nostri bagagli presso di loro durante l'ultimo giorno. L'attico dei pini si trova in una zona lontana dal centro ma la metro è a soli 2 minuti quindi comoda. Zona tranquilla.

Purtroppo la camera era molto polverosa per via dei tanti libri presenti nelle librerie, sono allergico alla polvere e ho trovato difficile riposare durante la notte. La nostra stanza era ricavata da una più grande separata da una porta in legno dalla quale si poteva vedere chi soggiornava nell'altra metà e ogni singolo rumore o voce si sentiva indistintamente nella nostra camera. Abbiamo riposato malissimo. Quando ho letto che avevamo il bagno privato non avevo capito che comunque fosse in un'altra stanza raggiungibile tramite un lungo corridoio...sarebbe meglio precisarlo nella descrizione. Il bagno pulito ma il bidet non funzionava. Per la colazione c'era un frigo con il latte, la mia ragazza è intollerante quindi se voleva bere qualcosa si doveva fare il tea nella cucina lì accanto. Per un caffè si doveva riempire la moka e accendere il fornello. La presenza dello staf la mattina era pressochè inesistente.

Neoznačená lokalita, chybějící směrovky či tabulky Adresa na google maps neodpovídí realitě, dům je cca 50 metrů vlevo od čísla 18 Paní nemluví žádným cizím jazykem a italsky pouze dialektem

La location est bonne, dans un quartier paisible, tout pres du metro. Ma chambre etait propre et agreable, tout a fait acceptable pour le prix. Pendant un autre moment l'endroit pourrait etre agreable.

Je n'ai jamais vu la responsable d'hotel, j'ai echange des mails et j'ai parle avec elle au telephone. J'ai ete accueillie par deux hommes qui y faisaient des travaux. Je n'etais pas prevenue. Etant la seule cliente pendant le premier jour, je me suis sentie tres mal a l'aise. C'etait bruyant, poussiereux et stressant, je n'avais pas envie d'y rester, j'ai mal dormi.Ils parlaient fort, claquaient des portes, tot le matin c'etait pareil.

Being a simple person, Attico Dei Pini was the perfect place during my stay in Rome. It's situated in a quiet neighborhood, and away from the noise of the city center (unless you're the kind of person who likes to be surrounded by the noise of a busy city). First thing that I like about Attico Dei Pini and which is foremost important to me is: its cleanliness, most especially the cleanliness of the bathroom. Second, I found the room that I slept in cute--it had a nice view and in addition it was filled with medical books (I'm a medical student and I was in Rome for a medical convention, so I found that bit fitting to my stay). Towels were changed daily, and the room, linens, and beds were cleaned daily. Snacks were available 24/7; however, the food available was more fitting for breakfast. You also have access to the kitchen if in case you want to heat or cook anything, and also a mini fridge in the dining room. Meals are self-service since everything is basically laid out for you, so don’t expect for someone to be serving you something for breakfast, most often you’ll find yourself alone in the dining room unless another tourist joins you along for breakfast, which isn’t so often unless the place is fully booked. For those curious as to what kind of accomodation it is, Attico Dei Pini is actually a huge apartment at the 5th floor, with a couple of rooms that are rented out and quite suited for people/tourists who are on a tight budget. Neverthless, the place is comfy and cozy enough to get good rest after a long day of touring around the city ☺ By the way, the people owning the place knows very little English...

A bit far from the city center of Rome....

I did not want to pay lots of money for hotel so the place was perfect, the apartment is not far from a metro station, I needed to park my big car and not pay for parking so the locaiton was perfect. I found an excellent Italian restaurant just near by , with great prices and great food. AT first I could not find the locaiton of the building because there are no signs. the apartment is big , there is no 'real' brkfst , but you can bring your own and fix it in the kitchen . If you are looking for inexpensive accomodation in ROME with no glitz and fancy , this is the perfect place for you, you will fill like you are visiting a friends house and staying over for the night. The bed was small for me since I am more than 6.2" tall but I managed :-)
