Clean safe and very helpful staff The site said they had sky and internatioal channels which is why I booked it so i could relax with some english channels like BBC and CNN but neither were offered |

Spacious and nicely decorated room, big bathroom - everything was new and spotless. Location is perfect for shopping, eating and perfectly located for airport bus and harbour. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, and went out of their way to help us and charm our little daughter. |

The design of the hotel as a whole is great! A very enjoyable place to stay, location is perfect, just around the corner of Via Toledo, and within walking distance from the old town. Liked the JBL iPhone stand in the room, perfect for charging. Liked the huge balcony every room has. |

Our stay was simply excellent, we stayed there at the beginning and at the end of our trip around Italy and so we had a chance to see and enjoy two different rooms, both were perfect, the stuff was simply great, friendly, helpful. I would really recommend this hotel to everyone. Also the location is absolutely amazing, right in the city centre, though in a quite quiet street, near the Galeria Umberto, the shopping streets and very close to all the "must see" parts of Napoli. |

Great location and plenty of shops, cafes around to satisfy anyone. Staff was very friendly and had a very classy design element mixed in. The rooms were a good size and had all the modern conveniences I would expect (wireless internet, small fridge, comfy bed and good sized bathroom). Would stay again anytime I am in Naples. |

I liked the location the staff was realy nice and the rooms were clean. From the roof terrace you can admire a big part of the city. The room did not have balcony |

rooms were nice and clean, balcony view was good; location was great it was close to the historical piazzas and Via chiaia and Via toledo (which were not really that interesting but are 'to see streets' of Napoli) breakfast was poor and they couldnt manage to make hot cafe latte. It was very very difficult to find the hotel by car, there was absolutely no signs for the hotel on the streets. Because of one way streets, we had to park and walk to the hotel; even then, at the door of the hotel there was no label. The friendly coffee place was kind enough to walk us to the hotel and show the elevator inside the building. Only in the elevator, 5th floor said the name of the hotel! The reception was on the fifth floor so it looked like someone'e flat to us. |

The staff is excellent and superfriendly. The location is super: next to the Via Toledo, but very quiet because you stay on the fifth floor. The atmosphere breaths design and relaxation. From our terrace we couls see Mount Vesuvius on the one side and the hill with church on the other! And if you take your breakfast on the communal terrace then you hear the clocks of Santa Brigida right next to you, so what could you ask more? Right... |

la posizione nel centro della città e la vista dalla terrazza dell'attico proprio per cercare qualcosa, miglirerei la colazione (c'era una torta del mulino bianco, avrei preferito una fatta in casa ...). |

L'accueil, le wi-fi gratuit et instantané dans la salle de reception...Le confort, la proximité de la rue commercante, les chambres sympas, les coussins moelleux dans les chambres, le petit dej dans la salle dédiée...c'est un hotel bien si on fait abstraction des petits soucis de ce que l'on n'a pas aimé ci dessous... Le petit déjeuner au lit pas comme sur les photos et il faut quémander pour l'avoir mieux vaut dejeuner dans la salle, le garage conseillé par l'hotel tres cher 16 euros la nuit + 25 euros la journée, il mieux vaut se garer dans la rue si on a une petite voiture y'a pas de souci et mettre de l'argent de temps en temps ça revient moins cher et aucun souci de vol ou de casse..l'insonorisation on entend les voisins comme ÇI on etait dans la meme piece qu'eux...Un matin un homme qui rentre dans la chambre par erreur avec sa carte... |

La situation géographique dans la ville (placé à l'intersection de 3 quartiers centraux) et très proche du port, de l'arret de bus de la navette aéroport - quartier propre, hotel design, personnel parlant plusieurs langues, petit déjeuner très copieux. |

La localisation idéale pour partir à la découverte de Naples. L'excellent accueil et la gentillesse du personnel, ainsi que ses conseils avisés. Le petit déjeuner sur la terrasse à côté du clocher de l'église. Il faut "oser" franchir le portail sur la rue et le couloir... mais, arrivés au 5ème étage, la surprise n'en est que meilleure ! |
