Very poor evening meal. Undercooked pork chop. Waiter said "crudo". No refund offered and it wasn't taken any further by the waiter or the hotel management when I mentioned it on exit

The staff could not have been more friendly and helpful. The hotel is relatively recently built, but made to feel like an old chalet, full of charm.

Sound-proofing of the rooms could have been better, and the beds were a little hard.

Beautifully done hotel with very good restaurant. Friendly, helpful personnel, good breakfast. Nicely run shuttle service to and fro lifts, just call the hotel. Good parking. Fast wi-fi-connection, too.

Fitness/spa area was very small, contrary to what thet let you know. No gym, cleaning personnel puts your stuff where they feel it belongs. A bit outside Courmayeur, no restaurant/service nearby. Car is recommended.

The bathroom was a little out-of-date. The sauna is only available for 30 minutes and was just 85ºC. Like many hotels, the auto-electrical-off feature also kills all the plugs, so you can't charge batteries while you are out of the room.

We liked everything.

Very friendly and welcoming staff, all dressed in traditional outfits. They are very knowledgeable about hiking and ski trails and willing to help. The room is spacious and very clean. The breakfast is generous and varied

Fantastic service in a very well kept hotel. Lovely grounds and right up next to the base of Mt. Bianco.

Is in a village outside of Courmayer proper. While the hotel does offer a free shuttle service, getting back and forth to the village is a bit of a bother.

Very friendly place. Good view from the room. the spa and sauna were great. The people in the reception were very helpfull with walking trails etc. Good Italien breakfast. Were large and nice room with large balcony.

The dinner at the restaurant was boring and expensive. The wifi did not work at the room and they could not fix it because it was weekend, they could have offered free coffee in the lobby where it worked. In the description of the hotel under activités it says fitness room swimmingpool etc, we thought it was in the hotel but it is just it is in the City 3 km away.

The owners and staff at the hotel are fantastic. We really ft st home and plan to go back again.

Our only complaint about the hotel was that the hot tub, which had a brilliant view on mt. Blanc, was not warm enough to sit in on cool afternoons.

The staff is amazing. The care and attention in the service is rare to find these days in even more luxurious hotels. The food is excellent and the setting beautiful. Highly recommended.

everything was just perfect, it was a fantastic stay, and very frendley to our small dog

We were travelling with two dogs and made very welcome by Sylvaner and her staff. The hotel is very comfortable and the food excellent. We will definitely stay there again.
