The staff was G-R-E-A-T. They made us feel at home and catered to our every need. We would definitely stay there again! Location was perfect for jumping on the Metro Line and great walking distance to the Termini or the historical hot spots. |

The staff at the hotel were pleasant and attentive, especially Ali, a thoughtful gentleman who helped my travel mate deal with an unforeseen situation with patience and discretion. I cant thank him enough! |

I liked that the staff was friendly and tried everyday to make our stay comfortable. They really helped us with anything we need for the day. It would be cool if the television had english subtitles. |

The location was great, right down the street from the Metro. There is an internet cafe 2 doors down and a bank right next door. The staff was very friendly, helpful and knew how to speak english very well. |

The price is relatively cheaper than other hotels. Rooms are modified and look new. Not far away from the rome Termini and there are many restaurants nearby. Hotel is not obvious in the Street, quite difficult to find. It locates in the 3rd floor of the building, but it is not mentioned before . The hotel is old-fashion and the lift is 1960s like. No windows inside the room and i switched on the ventilation fan for whole night. |

The staff were very friendly , helpful and down to earth. They let us leave our bags in the reception for a long time whilst we were waiting to be collected. excellent staff! It would have been nice to have some more facilities but I understand the limited area constraints. Maybe cereal as an option could be included in the breakfast. |

Most of the people at the reception desk were helpful. Many things. The 'inclusive breakfast' was a joke. It was some disgusting packaged bread and crackers along with your choice of hot drink- which came out of a machine, tasted like mold, and mine included a nice thick black hair on the rim of the mug- right where my mouth was supposed to go. The area did not seem safe. The door in the front was always open and no one guarded it. |

Ali at front desk was extremely accomodating, and all the staff at desk were very friendly upbeat, smiling and willing to assist. Rooms were modern, and all basics met for sleep-and-go type traveling. Prices excellent for budget traveler. First room didn't have sufficiently hot water, second room though had hot water was not sound proof, towels are more like kitchen towels, very thin, and they don't replace them unless you demand it. Breakfast it is not and coffee sad. |

The location is excellent - just 10 minutes from railway station and you can walking distance to everything (it is 10 min to Coliseum)! It is so clean, there is a fridge, TV, AC and a hair-drier. The breakfast was in the room - not so big, but enough. You'll be rest satisfied. My window was looking to inner yard and I couldn't open it to air or to see what is the weather outside. This was the only inconvenience. |

The staff were extremely helpful and friendly - it really made a difference. Location was good - just 10 minutes walk from Termini, and close to the metro. We had a room facing the street, and there was a lot of vehicle noise that kept us awake. |

Staff was excellent in helping us plan our time in Rome. Heat was on only in the evening. It got a little chilly the one afternoon we were in the room for a couple of hours. |

It is a nice cosy hotel situated in 10 minutes from termini and in 2 minutes from santa maria maggiore. If you have a heavy luggage and you don't want to pay for taxi this hotel is the best choice. The price was reasonable. The stuff was very kind to us. the breakfast was generic. coffee could be better 8) |

This hotel is in a very good location, very close to a metro station and only a 10 minute walk away from the Termini station. We found that the majority of the tourist hotspots were within a easy walking distance. The rooms are clean and simple. Security is very good. Overall if you are looking for a place to clean up and crash in at the end of a long day I highly recommend here. It is not obvious where it is but so long as you are prepared and take a map and the address you shouldn't have a problem. |
