El hotel está muy bien. El personal es muy amable y te sirven el desayuno buffet a la habitación. Además está muy bien ubicado entre la estación de autobuses Termini y el Coliseo. Nosotros fuimos andando a todos los sitios.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The staff was really nice and provided us with great restaurant and sightseeing tips. The breakfast was delicious and the cappuccino makes me want to return to the auditorium really soon. Fantastic hotel!

Staff were very helpful and friendly. Anything you wanted wasnt too much for them to do. Nice clean rooms, filling breakfast. located five mins from main station.

room 25 where we stayed was quite noisy in the evening as it was directly over a resturant extension below. loud voices could be heard up to midnight most nights.

EVERYTHING is sooooo good. The staff is absolutely gorgeous - starting with Mirela, Andreea, George, Kumar and of course, Fabrizio - thanks all of you guys for the great advice and taking care of us. They gave us, based on what we had on our agenda, customised hints on what would be the best things to do (and the best places to eat AUTHENTIC, delicious Italian food - the ones that locals eat, at local prices), and the best routes to take. Also, they helped us with bypassing long waiting lines from Vatican, Colloseum by making the arragements - either by phone, or by e-mail, so we really spent our time visiting, rather than waiting. Bottomline: A pleasant, affordable, clean, friendly place to stay in an exceptional location, where you receive free, tailored touristic information.

Nothing to complain about.

Front office staff spoke perfect English and were more than willing to show us the best places to eat and where/how to go about to explore Rome. Room was very clean and neat and of a reasonable size.

The hotel is actually on the third floor of a building and there was no indication anywhere on the building. We reached the location and to our surprise, it actually has a condo/apartment facade where you need to page the owners with a button/intercom to the left of the main door. Notification of this would be useful to future customers as they could be walking up and down the street with their heavy luggages (like us!) looking for the hotel entrance.

Excellent service, great hotel staff. They really make your stay as comfortable as possible and have great recommendations how to fully enjoy Rome.

Single room is rather small.

People at the desk were always very helpful, thank you Mirella and Giorgio! Good location near the metro. We also had very good recomendations for the restaurants. Internet working very well in the room.

Water pressure in the shower is too low, poor sound insulation, view on the wall and noice of construction workers in the morning.

Best hotel I experienced during my whole trip. Very close to termini station but in a very quiet neighborhood have a supermarket nearby. Room is nice,clean and beautiful.And the staffs are really amazing！！They can give you great advise of your visit in Rome，and good restaurant nearby. They are funny, nice and really helpful,make you feeling welcomed and being like at home.I will definitely stay here next time I visit

This hotel has excellent service. The staff are some of the most helpful and nicest I've ever encountered. It represents excellent value in a safe area in central Rome. Very good breakfast. Excellent wifi. The single room is small, but more than adequate for one person. Highly recommended. Try the excellent gelato at inexpensive Fassi near by.

Bring ear plugs to block out the reception noise if you get a room near the reception. I had no problem and slept very well.

From the moment we came through the front door we we're welcomed by the exceptionally friendly hotel management. Without asking we we're offered some great advice on local restaurants, the best way to see the attractions, and how get value out of the local transport. Staff assisted us with online bookings for places like the Vatican which saved hours of queing. Our room was clean and comfortable and the little fridge made it convienient to keep basics like water and other drinks on hand. Location was nice and close to the metro making getting around the city easy. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and recommend this hotel to other travellers.
