Very good location - just 10 minutes to the Termini and about 15 minutes to the Colosseum. Simple, but tasty breakfast.
WiFi signal at some parts of the room was very weak.
Staffs are really helpful and nice.
Staff very helpfull Breakfast in bed is excellent.
Stayed in a room close to the reception so there was noise.
Very lovely staff, amazing location (10 minute walk from train station and to Roman Forum), very comfortable beds, great hot shower, excellent wifi. Room smallish but very adequate. Amazing that it's only 1 star. Better than many 2 and 3 star places. Would definitely return.
Location , staff very friendly service and helpful
The room was very small and noisy due to the location of the front desk...hotel is only in one level which is ok but the front desk is right in front of the rooms so that you can hear every conversation and check in /outs at any time (its 24hr hotel) the doors are not sound proofed... We had a window but no view at all, looking right into the wall from the opposite building which isn't a problem but unfortunately takes all the light away. you feel looked in and the room doesn't feel nice even though its a beautiful day outside... .. We only 50Eur a night which makes it still prettty good for that money in Rome !
Great location for sight seeing and close to the metro, very helpful staff, 24hrs reception.
Very close to the downtown attractions and subway. The staff was very friendly and helpful with our needs, directions, opinions and so on. The room was clean and modern and Wi-Fi was available.
We didn't have much of a view but we were not in Rome to look out the window. We didn't realize check out was so early, we had arranged a noon pickup but still wanted to tour some of the sights. We were heading out about 8 am and were told we needed to fully pack and vacate room. We could and did leave our luggage in hallway but some advance notice may have been better. We had a bit of concern when our driver first pulled up to two wooden doors with no signs outside and not much inside to direct us to the third floor office but we found our way and it turned out well.
The place is new (furnitures and bathroom) with a good sense of taste.
Cramped room and bathroom (only one person at the time) poor wifi reception
Staff is very nice and also supports when you plan your day in Rome. They will also assist for preregistration and ticket printing (e.g. Vatikan, Colosseum).
The hotel is difficult to be found and it is very small on the 3rd floor of a building. Breakfast is served in your room.
The main reason to book this hotel is it's central location, close to the subway. But at the same time, there wasn't too much street noise. The staff is very helpful and kind. The room was rather small, but okay. Everything was clean, modern and working well.
My primary dislike of this place was being touched inappropriately by the staff and being propositioned as was leaving. The room is nothing like the pictures.... it was the size of a large closet. Do not stay here.
location, nice building, stuff
- extremely small room (6 sq.m) - uneatable breakfast served in a room (glass of packed juice, filter coffee instead of espresso and not fresh bakery from the bar downstairs) - noise from construction works outside - hidden window with opaque glass - 3rd floor with malfunctioned elevator
It was such a great value to stay here. The room was very clean and modern. The staff was also very friendly and it is near a metro stop.
It was a little difficult finding the hotel since there wasn't a huge sign on the street. It is on the third floor of a building so you have to buzz in.
The people working there are very kind and always trying to help. The room for one person has a good size (not a closet). I felt safe and welcomed. The place is very well located, close to Coliseum and fantastic churches. Also, it is within a walking distance from the main train station, Termini.
Helpful and friendly staff. Clean and updated rooms. Staff is also very accommodating--one of the days we were served breakfast before 7 am as we had to leave early. It is close to the metro Emmauele and Roma Termini so good location. There are also a number of places to eat.
We had to transfer rooms and was only informed the day we arrived there. Wi-fi seemed to turned on and off. There is no sign for the hotel so it was a little challenging to find.
Location, in a cool little Rome neighborhood. You really felt like a local in this place.
Very small shower and bathroom. Couldn't even bend over to wash your feet without banging into the shower walls - no soap dish in shower either, so your toiletries were at your feet, and thus difficult to reach.
When I arrived I was greeted by a lovely man on reception who gave me a map and showed me all the main places to visit. My room was lively, great bathroom. Loved having my breakfast delivered to my room.
My room was very close to reception, which meant I could hear everything. I would stay again but ask for a room further away from reception
Terrible noise, noise, noise, noise form the street. Lucky enough we had earplugs..... But still you could hear the busy road.
The staff was exceptionally helpful and friendly, the room was clean and quiet, good value for the money.
This hotel is 15 minutes walk from the history centre of Rome and all the legendary attractions. The staff were brilliant giving us loads of tips of where to go and when and where to eat. I cannot recommend this hotel more. It is a perfect small hotel for anyone wanting to stay close to the centre of Rome for an amazing price. Can't wait to visit again and stay here.
location for the money
a little hard to find, could use a larger sign outside
Clean Rooms, friendly staff although the girl who works in the morning shift spoke very basic English and it was difficult to communicate with her. Location good within 10 minute walk from the Termini.
Shower too small and water pressure bad. Bed hard as well.
Large room, friendly staff, secure building, good location, 5 minutes to metro, or 10 to termini station, nice dark room, airconditioner worked, great bathroom,
Advertised wi-fi only worked in lobby area and nowhere to really sit and use it. (May work in closer rooms, we were pretty far) traffic noise, but not too bad
The host was extremely helpful and generous. The location was perfect, 10min walk to roman forum and colosseum. There are restaurants and supermarkets along the road as well.
Nil. It was perfect!
