It us close to the central station
There was no help, hotel is on the second floor and I had to carry the luggage upstairs myself. The attitude of the receptionist was rude. The bathroom was awful, the shower as well
smallest breakfast area and elevator I have ever seen. Elevator seems to be 100 years old. Terrible place if you travel by car for loading/unloading. Parking is €35/day. Can't get car on Sundays!
Breakfast was fresh and delicious Friss és finom reggeli
No elevator to the area where we had our room, Bed was too soft, Quite noisy if you have a room that has its view to the street. Nem volt lift ahhoz a részhez, ahol mi laktunk, Az ágy túl puha, majdnem legurulsz róla, Az utcára néző szobák elég hangosak, ha nem vagyunk hozzászokva a zajhoz.
That breakfast was included and the wifi was not too expensive
location - 10min. to coloseum price/quality ratio helpfull staff at reception
littte breakfest room - only 5 tables quite small and steep stairs to 1st floor very used furniture very noisy street
location close to la republic square
hotel is not a hotel is a residential poor bad no elevator and breakfast room is to small
The room was comfortable and very clean. The staff were polite and friendly.
We would have appreciated a full length mirror and another electrical socket. Also, a bit more variety for breakfast. The only thing that we really didn't like was the stairs before the lift in the entrance which were hard work with luggage.
We booked a room with air conditioning but when we arrived it wasn't working. We asked on the second day and we're told it was being fixed. After four nights we still had no air conditioning and when we asked for a discount or compensation on check out we were refused. In 33 degree heat this was unacceptable and the staff member was not accommodating.
Good location; near to the terminal. Clean and large room.
A secret charge appeared when a second visitor has been added to the booking form!!! A second charge emerged (city tax) that raised the total amount of payment even more. The staff (not all) behave like you own them something. For example, I got a second plate in breakfast with hesitation. The breakfast is given in a very small room. In the first day, there was no free table for us!!! We had to wait for one to be free. Moreover, the breakfast was poor and without plenty of things. Our room was in the opposite of the breakfast room. Of course, we were awaken at the 7 in the morning....
excellent location, close to termini and access to major locations, the staff are very helpful and friendly, great choice of breakfast: meats, rolls pastrys cereals fruit, fresh orange /pineapple juice. The dining staff were refilling the food as it was eaten.Rooms were cleaned everyday, clean towels etc.
location is great! staff is very helpful and friendly
there should be a no smoking policy people are smoking everywhere
Good hotel located near the station. A bit old fashioned but spacious rooms. Overall a good hotel
The rooms were too small The breakfast was not fresh - would have liked fresh fruit (instead of form a can) Small elevator
Little rooms and bed matress is not comfortable
The location was great, we walked to all the attractions and didn't need to get public transport.
We booked a triple room which was directly opposite the breakfast room, meaning we were awoken from 6am every morning by staff preparing, or other guests loudly chatting down the hall. The triple room also consisted of one double bed and one single camp bed - the double bed was fine, but as the occupier of the camp bed I slept very poorly as it was rock hard - much like sleeping on a set of dinner trays.
the location...you are straight in the heart of Rome, a step prom the main station, a step prom the metro...and just a 5 min walk from the historic center...
they have a strange way to bill the service, the breakfast is way under any expectation...the in Italy no espresso? the savory food, was uneatable... and the brioches were the cheapest on the market... don't forget that this is not a budget hotel!!! you just don't get what you pay for...
The location was perfect
The customer service was very poor. Customers here in Australia come first over a phone call or talking to other staff. Eg. Two people were waiting to be served while staff argued with someone on the phone for over 20minutes. Shower was small, fine for us but unsure if this will be great for people that are much larger in size.
The location is good for getting to the train station. I was able to walk all around the city, it's not very central but doable. I forgot an item and they were very responsive with returning it!
Elevator didn't work. Could use some updating.
Location very convenient to Termini (5 mins) and the Roman Forum (15 mins). Decent value.
Room 65 is tiny
the receptionist was very friendly and helpful. Location is good and the place is clean
Was a real disappointment. expensive price for the quality (or better say lack of quality they offer). I had ordered a double bed but I had a single one in a very tiny and "disgusting room". The bed was uncomfortable, noisy and the air inside the room was awful. It was a very unpleasant experience
room is clean and large!
it could not receive the wifi in our room...
Friendly staff, vintage room fixtures, furniture, and doors. High room ceilings. Close to Termini station. Old time charm.
Room 71 has no windows to see outside. Breakfast selections and coffee poor, but was included in room rate. Elevator very old and small; stairs with low ceiling.
The location was convenient
Cleanliness was lacking Booked a room for 4 people and paid a premium. However, the room was not what was shown on the website. The room was not a double which we booked it was a single room with fold out and single bed shoved in the room.
very well located, big room, good breakfast, friendly staff
small elevator, small shower, noisy air conditioner external unit when the window is open
The only one good thing about this hotel is the location, nothing else.
Firstly we were give a really tiny , dark room with a very small side window ( it looked like a single room) and it was horrible.Only when my partner complained about it to the receptionist they gave us a bigger (double ) room which was much better but they still insisted that the original room was double so we felt like we were meant to be ripped off. Then we discovered that the towels in our new room were not clean. Also the noise around our room, like the walls were made of paper. The breakfast was awful, the size of the room was so small that you had to wait some time before you could grab a table ( only 5 tables inside) . Terrible coffee,no fruit and very tiny selection of everything. The internet was available but you would have to pay 2euro per day. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
