I know Rome very well as I used to live there! The location is fantastic as it is near to the Vatican and there is an underground station very near too. The room with huge and clean. The staff and the owner are so friendly. I definitely will return back next time.
La gentilezza dello staff
Un po' di pulizia in piu'
It's located at a very convenient place, well connected to metro station / bus, not at far away from city attractions
kitchen was not fully equipped to make good coffeee / tea, breakfast is provided but we did not take them. Bathroom was not great. But, because of it's location and plenty of attractions that Rome offers, we hardly spent time in the accomodation
Everything was just perfect! very pleasant stuff, the room is convenient (especially the bed), quiet place, great WI-FI. I recommend! Thank you so much!!!
A bit far from the center, but there's a metro station near by
Friendly family run hotel and would definitely recommend.
Close to metro station (5 minutes by foot). Then its 15-20 minutes to city center. District is quiet, but everything is by hand: restaurants (i like Gustosando=), supermarkets, pharmacy, shops, cafes. While city center is overcrowded with tourists, this district is calm. Rooms were clean and spacious . Staff was very friendly and helpful to us: we got city maps, information about public transportation, restaurants, market from them. There was a balcony with flowers, table and chairs so was perfect to drink coffee on a sunny day. Everything we needed was in the room. Next time I come to Rome I will stay here and I recommend you to do the same=)
We stayed in there at 01/11-02/11/2014. There isn't hygen. We have been the 8 number so very small room. Room is (inculed WC and Shower) 10m2 than smaller. Busines manager is very clever, single rooms has become duble bed. The room is very small. so the whole room had a bed cover. There was no place in the room and luggage will be returned. Dirty towels were served dried in the sun without washing. It also does not ironed linens and towels from the new washing
Noise coming from the kitchen and other rooms, bad insulation, everything else is great!
The owners were wonderfully helpful with everything we needed from directions to calling taxis for the airport! They really took care of us!
The staff was ok, they can speak english.
The breakfast was poor and you have to make your own breakfast. The staff is not always available in the reception, you will find no one from 11 AM to 3 PM. facilities are poor. the hotel is in the 5th floor, not easy to find. for me it doesn't worth the money you are paying for.
Loved the bidet, service, Wi-Fi and free goodies for breakfast as well as espressos every morning. Loved the service very helpful
I didn't like that towels were changed every other day.
The hotel is placed at a good location (5 minutes to metro B, bus 46 to piazza Venezia and bus 49 to Vatican museums stop right in front of the entrance of the hotel). The owners and the staff are kind and helpful. The cleanliness is excellent. Our room had a terrace where evenings, me and my husband were drinking wine. I highly recommend this hotel.
Good location, very close to bus stop and metro station. That is the only good point.
Quite difficult to find it. Navigation shows somewhere else.Breakfast is tasteless. No noise proof. Other than those, it is kinda OK.
-Amazingly friendly staff -Extremely clean rooms -Really great bed
-Really slow, weak and unreliable wifi -Although the metro is really close, the location itself is on the edge of Rome, which makes traveling back at night really hard -
The apartment is large and comfortable.
Location excellent, close to buses and Metro, easy reach of Vatican. Staff very friendly and helpful. Shops and good restaurants close by. Lovely coffee!
Building very noisy. Kitchen facilities poor, 'breakfast' very limited.
the room was clean and the staff very friendly
a bit more choice for breakfast would be nice
Very friendly owners - family hotel comfortable - bus stop at front door and 200m walking distance from metro station "Baldo degli Ubaldi" of Rome. They have also studio rooms for a group.
The lift is small and you should close one door by one to have it worked.
Great staff. Close to metro rail service. Reasonable price
Lovely staff and place. I recommend if you visit Rome for a couple of days.
We enjoyed our stay in Rome & Aurelia 429. It is not a hotel but a big apartment in the house. The room is big & with a bathroom. The kitchen is a bit small, you can't have a breakfast in there but you have a big balcony at the room for it :) The staff is very friendly & advice you good with restaurants near to the hotel.
Everything- location, staff, italian stile of design- beautiful pictures, flowers, very nice kitchen, where you can find everything for breakfast- teepot, toster, microwave etc, very comfortable and very clear. There is everything in the room what you need for the rest, even you can iron ( in many hotels it,s impossible). Mauro and his son can give you any information you need. I highly recommend this hotel.
Very friendly welcome, plenty of good advice, especially on good eating places nearby, [especially Restaurant Joseph] and easy access to the Roman centre of town. Very clean and well maintained. Would certainly use this place again.
Problems with access [late arrival notified in advance] Continental breakfast, would have liked some fresh fruit and cereals,[ but this was not a major problem].
The room is specious and clean. We had silent neighbours. Funny elevator :)
It is located by the pre-last metro stop, so you need to take public transport to everywhere. We checked out in the morning and asked to leave our bags - they were left just in corridor, no lock or other security means. In the afternoon while picking up the bags we asked for the toilet and were not allowed to use it. We were told that toilets belong to the rooms and there were no free room. But is there any staff wc?
Very friendly staff, trying to make your stay as comfortable as possible close to metro station (4-5 min) clean breakfast is prepared the evening before and you can help yourself to everything anytime you want
loud street (italians seem to love their horn) bathroom could use a revamp breakfast could be better, there is no chese or ham
