All children under 5 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children under 3 years stay free of charge for cots.
Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 2.
Any extra bedding is upon request and needs to be confirmed by the hotel.
Deposit
A fixed amount of EUR 155 per room will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable.

The staff at the reception was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast selection was not big but enough to tide you over until lunch. The space was pretty large and the kitchen functional, therefore ideal for a family. Location is about a 10-15 minute walk to St. Peter's Square. Cleaning service has room for improvement. Entrance of hotel is on a busy road therefore crossing street can be dangerous. Depending on which unit you stay in, it can be very noisy if you end up in the building beside the train tracks. Shower stall is quite small, not much room to move. |

The residence is excellent option for family with kids. Its look like your home where there are more space and facilities. The residence is very close from train lines which make me not sleep very well due to high noisy of the train. Also, the lady in front desk was not warm & nice dealing with me, just give instruction just like a big boss. |

Kaikki alkoi äärettömän mukavasta, ystävällisestä sekä kielitaitoisesta vastaanotosta. Koko henkilökunnan panos vieraiden huolehtimisesta oli äärettömän hienoa.Kaikki saamamme info ja huolenpito koko oleskelumme ajan erinomaista. Aamupala oli myös erittäin runsas ja mukavasti tarjolla kattoterassin tiloissa.Paikan sijainti ihanteellinen Pietarinkirkon ja Vatikaanin vieressä. Liikenneyhteydet ainakin näin 4-henkisen perheen osalta mainiot ja riittävän monipuoliset julkisen liikenteen osalta.Huomesito oli juuri esitteen mukainen. Siisti, kaikki tavarat kunnossa ja riittävästi varusteltu. Perheemme osalta ei ollut mitään epämielyttävää, mutta joillekin saattaa tuottaa harmia liikenteestä aiheutuva, huoneistoon hiukan kuuluva melu. Mutta perheemme osalta ajtus oli niin selkeä jo matkalle lähtiessämme, että suurkaupunkia ei meluttomaksi kannata luullakaan. |

Die Mitarbeiter sind aussergewöhnlich freundlich. Das Hotel liegt günstig. Bett war sehr hart. Zimmer in Richtung Via Aurelia sind sehr laut. Ausserdem liegt direkt hinter dem Haus die Bahnlinie. |

gute Lage, ausgesprochen zuvorkommendes Personal (jedoch nur englisch sprechend), große Zimmer, Frühstück auf der Dachterasse, Flexibilität (konnten ZImmer bis abends ohne Aufpreis nutzen) ZImmer teilweise sehr laut, da zur Straße gerichtet, Klimaanlage war nur für ein ZImmer vorhanden |

Servicen var personlig och utmärkt, lägenheten rymlig och mycket bekväm. Bra sängar och fint med diskmaskin i köket samt källsortering. Inte direkt illa men köket var kalt och ekade. Det inbjöd inte till att vi ville sitta där och äta. Eftersom det stod att köket skulle vara fullt utrustat blev vi förvånade över att det inte fanns någon tea-sil eller vass kniv -typ brödkniv. Vi var ändå väldigt nöjda! |
