Heaps of room perfect for a long stay. Good breakfast. Great staff, and safe area with the kids. Walking distance to the Vatican and all hop on hop off bus tours.
Only downside is front access with narrow street.
Best location near the Vatican. Kind and very nice empoyees, clean rooms, perfect prices for apartments in center of Roma.
The fact that the Vatican was just down the road
To much to eat at the buffet breakfast I made a pig of myself
We had a really comfortable stay in this lovely apartment complex. We were very happy in apartment A2. The servicing of the apartment couldn't have been better and the breakfasts were very good. WiFi reception was excellent. As we were there in early December had no problems with train or road noise. Being very close to The Vatican we were lucky to be able to walk across St Peter's Square every morning and evening. (Would recommend a stay of longer than a weekend if possible, as it allows time to walk to a lot of the places of interest. Occasionally we took the bus to go further afield.)
The main entrance opens onto the road. However we had no problem crossing to the pavement on the other side. To avoid the crowds would not recommend visiting Rome at a weekend!
The entire staff was so friendly. The chef makes a delicious cup of American coffee and breakfast hit the spot! Slept well and was very comfortable! God bless this apartment-hotel.
Spacious, comfortable apartment close to some of the most important sites in Rome and easy to connect to others with bus. Great breakfast and staff was very helpful with directions. Nice to have a kitchen for the one late dinner we made from a local deli's fixings.
No comfortable couch in our apartment and the TV was minuscule and completely out of proportion in the room - but we weren't in the apartment very much so it didn't really matter.
Good Location Very politely staff Good structure
Second room with a single bed Small TV
Excellent facilities and services provided by staff; Reception was accommodating; Genaro (from the kitchen) was very helpful and friendly. Room was great - very spacious and good facilities (i.e. kitchen, veranda, bathroom)
Location is not in the center of Rome so it was quite difficult to get around but if your stay is focused in seeing the Vatican - this is a perfect location.
The staff were always friendly and helpful. Large comfortable unit, with outside courtyard. Away from tourist traffic, yet close to the Vatican. Good eateries/cafes and a supermarket a short walk, markets, banks and shops up the road.
Difficult pedestrian access down Via Aurelia.
Excellent staff, location, breakfast, space.
No washing up liquid, no complimentary coffee, tea, sugar or milk sachets. Wifi reception intermittent.
Location that was outside the heavy tourist crowds while being located adjacent to the vatican
The rooms were clean, comfy and spacious. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was generous and really yummy and the view from the roof terrace, amazing. Very handy for the Vatican.
The wifi wasn't great and it was a long walk from Central Rome.
Staff were very helpful and kind. Breakfast was good, the apartment worked out great for my family. Enjoyed our time!
Very clean and friendly staff. Like having multiple balconies and breakfast available. Rooms were large. Living area accommodated 5 of us very comfortably. Walking distance of Vatican and public transportation. Had a small lift for elderly traveler.
Gated Entrance is on a very very busy street and if taxi drops you off on wrong side of road crossing the street was difficult for elderly parent because not on a cross walk and at the edge of a curve. Wish breakfast started at 630 for busy travelers. Didn't start until 730 am.
Staff couldn't have been nicer, breakfasts were fantastic with fresh interesting pastries and made to order coffees, residence had a nice calm courtyard with fountain after the hustle and bustle of Rome
Nothing about the residence itself. Crossing the road to get to the main entrance gate could be troublesome with the Roman drivers not necessarily stopping if you were on the crossing.
Lovely staff, spacious apartment, proximity to Vatican City great.
Unbelievably noisy-in the dead of night it sounded like a truck was driving straight through the apt. Apt block is in a v echo-y canyon; glad we were there only 2 nights!
Comfortable stay for 4 adults. excellent breakfast. very helpful staff.
wifi problems. a little too far from metro
Nice bedrooms and relatively big space compared with Germany. Nice internet access and great breakfast. The staffs are very friendly.
It's a little bit noisy both from outside and from inside. The wall in the room is not very thick and anti-noise-designed.
The biggest asset of this apartment is its proximity to St Peter's, where the major attractions are. I am also pleased with the warm and pleasant atmosphere provided by the staff. The buffet breakfast is unbeatable and super abundant!
Our primary reason for going to Rome was to visit Vatican City. The location of Aurelia Residence San Pietro was absolutely perfect for that. Only a ten minute walk to St Peters Square.
Our apartment was on the ground floor (for 4 people). The kitchen and the rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. The small yard around the apartment was nice. The staff was excellent and respond to any question.
3 points must be improved: first the noise - the noise of cars and trains penetrate into the rooms and in the early morning is a real problem. (staff told us that there is a plan to replace to soundproof doors and windows. II - the location - it is located near the Vatican, however, to reach other places of Rome is necessary to public transport (in the immediate vicinity). learning the transportation lines could save time (sometimes necessary two buses and sometimes a combination of bus and metro etc). third - the shower stall is very small and for some people ... could be a problem .....
• Beautiful breakfast table in the terrace: fresh fruits and more. • The friendly staff • And of course the Residence itself
Every time I go there I have very good impression about the service, the improvements the hotel has done in terms of facilities, cleanliness, support from the staff, and so on. I definitely recommend it I can truly say that there I have received one of the most enriching experience in hospitality.
The only "negative" thing I could say is that the location is not very centric; however, it is easy to get anywhere.
Location, great staff and comfortable rooms. Breakfast very good with great roof terrace and view. Very quiet location. Personable staff and took care of all needs.
Crossing street outside front gate a bit dangerous.
Spacious , clean, well maintained and secure apartment close to the Vatican just what we wanted.
The tax we had to pay when we booked out. The receptionist did not explain the breakdown of the invoice very clearly which we thought was quite high. My wife burnt her hand on the gas kettle which was not well insulated and thus I recommend that Management invest in an electric kettle.
