Very nice place. Located in a residential part of Rome with supermarkets, cafes and lical restaurants. Room was very clean and comfortable; well equipped kitchen. the staff are extremely helpful. We were provided with a city map and an itinary for a weeks stay plus lots of useful tips. The metro is close to the hotel. Next door there is a bus stop- but busses are not too reliable in Rome.
Nothing that i could think of.
The staff is very-very friendly, our stay was very good!! It's easy to get to the city! Our was comfortable and enough big
Great transport links Amazingly friendly staff Picuresque apartments Local restaurants and supermarket a short walk Great airport collection service
Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Very helpful directing you where to go and how to get there. Location was good, especially if you have a car. Short walk to the bus which easily hooked up with the Metro to get you downtown. Free parking in front of facility.
Above average service. Thorough information as soon as we came on all we needed to know to get the most out of our stay in Rome. Travelling with 3 children I was very pleased with the appartemts.
The surrounding area is not very charming, but no need or time to hang out there anyways.
The apartments are clean, comfortable and staff friendly and very helpful. You want to know the best places on rome, ask them. We cannot fault Aurelia apartments at all. Fantastic place to which we will return :-)
The staff when we got there was absolutely fantastic!! Showed us Rome, how to get around and options on how to plan our days! The room was so clean and the internet connection brilliant!! In a great spot too! Just a ten minute walk from the metro, so nice quiet area not too far from the centre! Perfect!!!
The only negative I can think of is the soap dispenser in the shower! Just an odd location of it! Everything else was fantastic!
The managers give a very personalsed welcome and support so it real feels as if we are guests at someone, s home, not just a hotel. An oasis in a big city away from the mele but close to transport and supplies for self catering if required. The apartments are very smart and comfortable.
Would stay here again definitely, Sam & Kate were extremely helpful with maps & things of interest. Train, metro & supermarket ect info. Made calls for us in regards to change of drop off point for hire car. Very comfortable. Washing machine & dryer on site for guest use 24hrs a day
Shower abit small & leaked but only a minor complaint, everything else made it an enjoyable stay
the athmosphere is quiet good, very relaxing after the whole day of visiting Rome, airconditioning is excellent. The staff are friendly. Very clean apartment, i can really recommend to other travellers.
The location is quiet far from the city, the busses are too late for more than 30 mins. till an hour. Kitchen utensils are not complete.
Location; all of Rome in proximity. Plenty of free parking. Fast and free wifi. Comfortable room with fully equipped kitchen. Daily cleaning (not common for apartments) Friendly staff. Great value for money !
Location great, convenient to bus stop and easy to get to the big attractions of Rome. Very comfortable and spacious apartment. Conducive to meeting other travellers and making new friends as you sit on your balcony overlooking the courtyard enjoying a relaxing drink after a busy day sightseeing. I agree with other reviewers it is lovely to leave the madness of the city and escape to your own little oasis. Having a kitchenette was wonderful.
The neighbourhood is pretty nasty with a lot of garbage laying around on the streets and pavements. Also overflowing garbage containers everywhere but this appears to be a city wide problem. The people in the neighbourhood seem nice and friendly.
Friendly and accommodating staff, clean apartments, and a good location in a quiet neighborhood a short walk to the metro.
The staff were very knowledgeable and helpful. The apartment was spacious and clean.
The location was a long way from anywhere and there was a lot of rubbish on the streets.
The staff were exceptionally helpful. The studio apartment with a terrace was extremely comfortable.
These apartments have real character and are a good base for exploring Rome. The welcome was friendly and helpful. The location is peacefully quiet.
One has to walk to supermarket or metro which is fine in April but might be less so in high summer!
We thought close transport was good. The staff were most obliging and helpful
The neighbourhood was not a pleasant one . It appeared neglected and was littered with rubbish. Noise carries easily into rooms
These appartments is owned by an Australian/Italian family. Sam the owner has good tips for your citytrip through Rome. The appartments are spacious are decorated with Ikea furniture. All that you need is there incl airco. The property is very well maintained so it feels luxurious. A 10 minute walk gives you acces to the Rome metro system which takes you to the Vatican in 5 min and citycentre in 10. If you don't mind the small strole in the morning this is a perfect place outside the busy city centre. Restaurants not to miss: Aquolino (michelin, Fish €€) Assunta Madre (best restaurant of Rome many say €€€) Trattoria Da Pietro (Traditional Italian €€€)
Nothing, maybe the strole up the hill to your appt after walking in Rome all day
Reception friendly..helpful with information car parking facilities
We did not get a balcony & flowers as on website & why we booked(travelling with daughter, husband , 2 small children) we only had windows on car park & bins.bedrooms very cramped beds against walls too expensive & definitely Not 'luxury' as advertised
The staff of the Hotel were very welcoming and helpful. They made you feel at home and were able to assist with any request. Located close to the bus stop for a short ride into Central Rome.
quiet surrounding, very nice place to stay, a little bit outside from the centrum, but good bus and metro connection to the city
We missed a small coffee machine in the room (but there is a coffeemaker in the cellar)
Apartment was a very good size with a nice decor and outlook. The staff were excellent, friendly and helpful. The laundry was very useful. The verandas and other outdoor areas were very nice . The bus service is good and there is a very good supermarket within walking distance. The closest cafe served excellent coffee.
The location was a little too far away from the centre of Rome for us.
Super nice welcome...clean comfortable rooms...relaxed atmosphere...knowledgeable, helpful staff...pleasant and inviting atmosphere
A bit far to walk to the Metro...no cafes just around the corner...(but minor points, we managed very well).
Safe quiet location away from busy Rome. It feels a safe place to park the car at all times and to walk to the bus. A short walk to the bus stop (that is the end of the bus line), which could be used to either travel directly into central Rome, or to connect to the train lines 5-minute ride away. Availability of clothes washing & drying facilities. Very friendly management who went out of their way to help and advise on anything.
The central courtyard that is common to all apartments could be quiet noisy at most times with (latin temperament) guests exchanging views across balconies in a closed environment.
Above all I would have to say that the staff are the most helpful and genuine, that we have ever met. Our room was comfortable and clean. The large terrace/balcony would have been lovely in the summer months.
The area was safe, but rather scruffy, and a little run down, and at times other guest were very noisey. Don't stay here if you want to be able to walk to bars or restaurants. The walk down to the Metro isn't nice either, but there is a frequent bus service.
