The staff were excellent, extremely helpful and friendly, and polite. The breakfast was very substantial and varied, and it was very easy to fill up for many hours before heading out. Location: only 2 stops from the central station; or a 15 minute walk. Lovely spacious and clean room and bathroom, with good functioning TV. All in all I was immensely happy and satisfied with my stay there...a big thumbs up!

I can honestly say that there is actually nothing that I didn't like about it...

The location was convenient, and the bed was comfortable.

The bathroom was in poor condition although fairly clean.

The hotel is in good location for starters,only 10 min s walk from the main rail station and very close to metro linking you to the attraction,the supermarket nearby is very good and useful. The hotel itself is a good budget hotel,room was clean and well airconditioned,with ensuite bathroom. Plenty of tv channels and staff are helpful and friendly.

this website advertised single room as having balcony but there wasn't one,no big issue but still wouldn't have minded one!

My stay was fantastic, wonderful, friendly and happy staff, nothing was too much to ask from them. Clean and comfortable room, good breakfast selection. Well airconditioned but no English programme on TV (but the staff kept me entertained with their friendliness and banter). Very close to MI and M2 underground, in middle of City, so easy walking to Museums, Parks, Cafes and bars. I will definitely recommend it and will book again. Well done Hotel Aurelia.

The hotel is located 2 metro stops (Loreto to get off) from the train station, or about 12 min walk if you know the more direct route. So it's considered reasonably well located, though there's some traffic noise coming through the room, more noticeably at night. The room is rather small, and the hotel interior is showing its age somewhat, though it would take just few touches to enhance its condition; placing some odd items at the reception (using it as temporary storage area) doesn't help its image. Staff are friendly and courteous, though not very cheerful/engaging. Included breakfast is quite ok, with hand made coffee/tea, and I like the cappuccino prepared by the lady. The price which includes breakfast is great for a budget hotel in a major city, so considered great value for money, if you don't mind some minor downsides on finishing touches.

Internet didn't work, and I was told there's a problem with the server. As mentioned, some minor teething issues such as squeeky noise of the bathroom doors and the paintwork is a bit off with minor cracks on part of the wall. But for very low price, I really wouldn't mind.

Hotel znajduje się niedaleko (ok. 10-15 min. spacerem) od dworca głównego Stazione Centrale w Mediolanie. Pokoje są skromne ale czyste. Łazienka także. Na śniadanie są serwowane: pieczywo tostowe, croissanty, sucharki, różnego rodzaju ciastka i ciasta, dżemy, serek topiony, płatki i jogurty oraz kawa czy herbata. Chociaż nie jest ono zbyt obfite, naprawdę można się najeść :) Niedaleko hotelu znajduje się market. Hotel godny polecenia na krótki wypad do Mediolanu.
