A very nice hotel. the staff was very nice and helpfull. the room was clean, if slightly small. Breakfast was good. the hotel isn't located in a very central place in rome, but it's very close to the metro station, which makes all the sights just a few minutes away. overall, good value for money.

The staff were fantastic. Renetta was a great help. She showed us great places to eat and also gave us good advice traveling around Rome. Rooms were real nice with a real nice shower. Breakfast was also lovely. Easy check in and outs and would return in future... Nothing all 5 star

All staff was very friendly and helpful, speaking fluent enough english. Even though our room was a bit small it was enough for two people to feel confortable. It was very silent, we did not hear the other guests or outside noise. Wi-fi worked properly. Room was cleaned and towels changed everyday. The breakfast was very good, with some coffee and milk variations, yogurts, two juices, butter, jams, nutella, cheeses, cold meats, different types of bread, cakes, scrambled eggs, bacon, sausages and more. Almost everything in the breakfast was pretty good. The hotel was less than a 3 minute walk away from the bus stops and metro station. Also near were nice places to eat, including a great kebab place and a McDonalds open until 4am. Plenty of tv channels, but not many in english (many were dubbed in italian). The a/c was not cooling our room properly so we had to open the window one night. The scrambled eggs in the breakfast tasted dry and were the low point of the breakfast. From the hotel metro station (Cornelia) it takes at least 15 minutes to reach the first metro station in Rome city center. By bus it's at least 25 minutes. Since most public transports stop after 00:30 (01:30 on weekends), this can be a problem.

All the staff were very friendly and couldn't do enough for you, especially Renata, who greeted us like old friends when we first arrived. Our room was very comfortable. The food at breakfast was plentiful and varied. Nothing

Location acceptable, average residential area close to metro station This is not a 4 star hotel, maximum 3 star. Double room had 8 - 10 square meters, clean but not functional. Breakfast - basic.

Great location outside of the city centre and very helpful staff. Close to Metro line which made for easy trips into and out of the centre Television channels were only in Italian and the breakfast could be a bit more diverse.

The hotel was a nice choice. I booked a single room for 4 nights. The room was clean and well kept. The atmosphere is quiet and peaceful in the entire hotel. The best thing was really the quality of service provided by the hotel staff in both the reception and the restaurant who were extremely friendly and helpful in all matters. They always took every request and question I asked seriously and did their best to help. The location of the hotel is convenient as it is close to the metro station which makes moving around Rome easy. I strongly recommend this hotel as a good choice in Rome. It is something not very important but I thought of mentioning it. All the tv channels were in Italian which made it a bit difficult for someone who has no clue about the italian language to flip through channels :)

The reception desk staff was wonderful. They were so helpful in all ways, and their english was very very good. They made our stay very delightful. We also thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast. 1. The television did not offer any English speaking channels. Not even news channels. We would even have been satisfied with English sub titles. 2. There should be some written directions in the rooms for the heating and cooling system controls.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were kept impeccably clean. Breakfast was excellent. The location is very close to the Metro station and bus stop. The layout is that of a old roman villa.

It was very clean, staff accomodating, well priced. However, it was not as convenient to Rome centre as we thought. Did get us closer to reaching the airport to day of our departure. I would recommend this hotel to a friend.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The look of the hotel was very nice. I liked the little extras like toothpaste and razor left in my room. They looked after our bags on the day we left until we were ready to leave which was very helpful. I have recommended this hotel to friends thinking of travelling to Rome already. While the breakfast is very good the juices were not good, the illumines green apple juice not natural and red orange juice? I was surprised to have to leave my key card at reception every time but it was not a major problem as always someone there.

The reception staff were very friendly and helpful, very good customer service. The hotel was also very clean, modern and well decorated with a very nice continental breakfast buffet. The only negative thing was that the hotel is located further out of the city and we had a bit of trouble locating it. We tried to walk there from a metro station which we thought looked the closet on the map but turns out the street the hotel is on is actually incredibly long and so we were miles away (the map we had was very confusing) so we ended up walking around for ages, getting lost and getting a taxi. This was probably our own fault for not planning ahead. Once we got there realised there was infact a metro stop round the corner so location was actually fine if you don't mind being out of the city.

- Cleanliness of rooms. - Helpfulness of staff. Liked the fact that it was possible to leave the room key with reception every time we left the hotel. Staff provided full directions to the (nearby) metro right down to which staircase we should exit from to ensure we exited on the nearest street. Also recommended an excellent nearby restaurant which is popular with locals rather than a tourist haunt. - Good breakfast selection - Good location. Whilst slightly out of the city centre the hotel was very close to a metro station and from there a short journey to reach the Vatican, Terminii station and central Rome, or to connect with trains, buses and trams. - Wifi access

The staff was really very helpful!! Absolutly no complains here! Although you might think the location is far off the center - there are so many Buses and the Metro nearby, it doesn't matter. In the contrary - the shops and restaurants are much less expensive than near the center. The breakfast was great! I didn't expect much from a Italian breakfast, because they usually only get an Espresso and a Croissant. But they had it all from scrambled eggs with bacon over ham and cheese to cake and jam (and nutella!!) and cornflakes with milk or yoghurt. The Coffee-Machine made the most delicious Capucchino! I didn't like the beds at all. We had two Single bed in our room and they were really tiny! I didn't sleep very well and after 9 nights had back ache. In our bathroom was a bit of mould in the shower and on the ceiling - not much, but in a 4 Star Hotel, I expect a mould-free bathroom. If you have a choice, don't take the room 302 - it is 2 m next to the elevator and if you turn of the air-condition, it's noisy.

Excellent friendly staff happy and willing to help with anything nothing was too much trouble. Good breakfast the hotel being recently refurbished was clean and comfortable with very good standard of fittings and furnishings. Would recommend this hotel for location and value for money. No on site parking but not unusual for the location. Secure parking is available at extra cost.
