what about having bicycle for a light fee... to return - for rent ...so many local opportunities to "feel a local"

a 3*hotel with a great value from check in to check out A special Wow ..for a full breakfast with a view and smile from the staff ...!!! Nice rooms.. I stayed in with no lake-view, my choice !

The main advantage of the Hotel is Location. It's on the coast of the Lago di Garda, with it's own pier into the lake. You can go on a beautiful stroll to the Sirmione castle.

In most senses we liked it. The staff member was cute enough to call us a cab without any further ado.

The biggest fault was that in the lavatory in our room, the temperature was high as in a sauna. There was no possibility to adjust it, even after the staff member tried so on a central computer.

U must get beachside rooms. No spa facilities. Public transport at a distance.

It's location right on the lake...we had 2 balconies with a great view. Lovely garden facilities to lie by lake. Also attractive breakfast room overlooking lake. Sirmione is gorgeous and well worth the visit

We arrived by train from Venice and didn't realise that this was a long way from Simione.Eventually we caught a bus and walked back to the Hotel,but the easiest way is to get a taxi from the railway station to the hotel....approx 24E

Paying the bill and leaving after one night.

Booked a delux room with balcony 8 months in advance. Room we had was small, with no balcony. On requesting a change of room the staff were curt and simply told us if we didn't like the room we should go somewhere else... So we did. Whilst the booking.com telephone support staff were quite helpful on the phone, they were unable to help resolve the situation, in the end being quite patronising.

The location is superb: you sleep, have your breakfast and take the sun just on the lakeside. The best thing that you can do on the Garda lake is to sleep listening the dash of the waves and to have a breakfast looking at the dawn coming over the lake. The old town of Sirmione is at 10 min. walk.

Location (perfect, near the ake). Kind staff, new design (exactly as I like) with some places to stay during the day (many sunbeds close to the lake or hide in the olive groove) or evening.

Unfortunatey we booked room on the stree side - please do not do it. Better spend some more money and have silent. I did not think that street can be so noise.....

Beautiful hotel which has been designed well. The hotel has a boutique feel and a very high quality feel to the rooms. Excellent location, literally right on the lake and only 10minute walk from the old town Sirmione. Ideal for a romantic getaway, or just if you're looking for that little bit of luxury.

Staff on reception were not welcoming or helpful. We were not provided with any information about breakfast times, checkout, etc. and this information was not even provided in the room, despite looking high and low for it!

Amazing views, especially sunrise High quality, high specification room Very comfortable and well furnished throughout the hotel Breakfast to a high standard and lovely garden setting Sundeck really nice and ability to swim off the boardwalk Bicycle hire direct from the hotel with good quality bikes - the only way to see the south east coast of the lake! Highly recommend... Sirmione is a great place to stay with lots of good restaurants, and day and evening walks around the castle

The only negative was that the staff were not very pleasant, did not show any interest in us as guests. E.g after renting and returning bikes for a full day, no-one was interested in whether we had a good time or where we had been. This wasn't due to language difficulties since they all spoke good english. On checkout, we didnt even get a nice goodbye.

Staff were friendly and helpful especially the owners Meals in the restaurant were excellent , I had the best fillet steak that i have ever had in a hotel incl 5 star ones . The Sea Bass ( Branzino) was excellent with 2 choices . Location superb , right by the lake I could see the lake on both sides of the promontary from my balcony Just a nice stroll into the centre of Sirmione

Only slight problem is when the hotel is full there is a slight lack of parking space , but the owners move any cars blocking so not really a problem
