The room was lovely with a nice balcony on the water, it was renovated, apparently. Parking was also good. The breakfast we nice as well with a lovely breakfast room on the lake. The room was one of the smallest in which we have stayed. It was difficult to find places to put our things. It was all so nice, it just would have been good to have a bit more space. The hotel is situated further from the Old City than I had expected but it was off-season so not difficult to find parking to see the Castle. |

I liked the friendly staff, especially Damiano and his wife and his little baby Joseph. Also i liked the view on the lake Garda and near the hotel from the historic Castle of Sirmione (Must to see ), Breakfast lounge in front of the lake. Breakfast is poor , Car parking is very narrow. |

Good location for visiting the tourist attractions. We were given the lake view promised. The staff re very friendly and helpful. |

Loved the decorations, and our private balcony overlooking the lake was stunning, 10 minute walk to the old centre of sirmione, outside or garage parking, breakfast was sufficient. air con was poor, made no difference whether it was on or off and quite noisy. |

It was in a convinient position, accessible by car-with free parking, in front of the lake, very nice breakfast and breakfast room in front of the lake! The design of the room was a little poor in comparison to the other external spaces. The whole building creates expectations that are not met inside the room. Could be better. |

The Staff were great very obliging nothing was a problem and what a fantastic setting for breakfast, and a drink overlooking the lake 2 meters away service was brilliant loved everything |

Very clean and comfortable. If I had realised, would probably have chosen a hotel closer to the old town as seemed to be walking back annd forth all the time! But the excercise was good. |

A clean, friendly hotel in an excellent lakeside position. The air conditioning was not up to the job and it took three complaints (over three days!) to get moved to another room where it was marginally better. The aircon in the best rooms is fine. |

A newly decorated and well kept small hotel. Friendly staff were very helpful. Rooms are not the largest but a balcony and lake view room add a really lovely view. Not far from the old historic area of Sirmione. |
