the staff didn't speak English almost at all (although they say they do in booking.com), it was really hard to contact most of them, they didn't understand us well and also sometimes answered in Italian (which we don't understand). the reception staff also in charge of the hotel restaurant, parking cars, and fixing the hotel guests problems in their rooms, and therefore aren't at the reception at all times and we had to look for them at the hotel almost every time we needed them. we had some problems with our safe, mini-bar and air-conditioning, we came to the reception for help, they only fixed the air conditioner and said they fixed the other problems which wasn't true. in addition, one of the staff actually argued with us that it's ok that the mini-bar wasn't cold at all (it was warm), at the and, they replaced our mini-bar, and the safe was never fixed. the window and walls aren't sound-proof at all, we felt like we are on the street or that we had people in our room.
The hotel was clean, and renovated. the room was nice, we had a cute balcony with nice view to the lake. the hotel has private parking. breakfast was great.
