Well it wasn't me who stayed there. I 've booked this hotel for my mother and she was feeling comfortable there and she had a good service although she doesn't speak any foreign languages well. I was convinced I made a good choice for her! It was not a city center, and the hotel was very close to Bagni di Tivoli so I think it was ok too. Besides the staff can provide you with any information how to get to the closest surroundings!

Very clean and comfortable room, nice breakfast. The hotel is not in Tivoli, it is in Tivoli Terme.

Small size good proximity location. Neighborhood was rather mixed with commercial and residential, and not the most inviting of areas. That said, it was all safe and normal for this area of Italy.

It is very well-kept and looks as if it has just been renovated. The cleanliness was very good. There are decent parking facilities. The food is also good.

We arrived at Rome airport at 20.00 , and wanted to go to the Abruzzo National Park. This hotel was a good choice on the way, about 12 minutes from the highway . the next morning we were already out from Rome traffic. It was in a quiet neighborhood.

Hotel staff exceptionally helpful This hotel is located in a theal springs area and unfortunately the smell of sulfur did permeate the room. The bed was also a little uncomfortable.

Davvero un bel hotel confortevole e ben tenuto, staff cordiale e nel complesso un buon hotel L'aspetto negativo e l'acqua calda, visto che la sera alle 08:00 non c'era più acqua calda, e alla reception si sono inventati la scusa che si era rotto una conduttura e poi la mattina miracolosamente e ritornata e poi la connessione a internet ciò io penso che 3 euro a ora sia un po eccessivo quando x la maggior parte degli hotel europei la connessione è gratis.... Già c'è la tassa per il soggiorno

Hotel confortevole ed in zona tranquilla. Camera accogliente e pulita. Colazione abbondante. Possibilità di parcheggio all'interno della proprietà dell'hotel. Essendo in zona termale persiste l'odore di zolfo delle acque termali in tutto il paese. Non è una colpa da imputare di certo all'hotel che comunque rimane all'altezza della sua classificazione. Le camere sono ben isolate dall'ambiente esterno.

Entrambe le persone alla reception sono state molto cortesi ed hanno fornito molte informazioni utili rispetto alle nostre richieste. Camera confortevole e dotata di tutto ciò che serviva. Colazione completa e servita con molta cordialità. Peccato restare solo una notte!
