The Loction and breakfast

Stayed in Anex apartments found to be small with mould growing in bath rooms fridge not working, apartments need repairs. The price you are paying must be for the location. No fly screens on any windows.

Location excellent just opposite the main railway station Santa Maria Novella.Buffet Breakfast was very good. Reception staff very polite and helpful. Family room was spacious and clean with private bathroom. Beds were comfortable.No noise at night even it is situated in the city centre.

No problem at all. Just in our room the hair dryer was not working.

Very good location (near train station, near airport bus station, 5 min.to City-sightseeing bus, 10 min.from city center), very modern/new furnishing of the rooms, good breakfast (especially cappuccino, you could have it in the interior garden), cleanliness and good services of the staff, nice Trattoria near hotel (with special discount for hotel guests), quietness, shopping street 5 min.away; very near of Mercato centrale (famous shopping area for traditional and leather products). I highly recommend it especially for break-weekends, Toscana and city trips. Very good value for the money!

Great location across from the SMN train station. Close to the Duomo and other great locations. Staff were friendly and breakfast was decent. Loved being able to have my friend bring me breakfast in bed.

Proximity to railway station and bus station and easy walking distances to many tourists spots. Staff respond to complaints and queries promptly.

The room I stayed in ( triple room on the third floor) did not have enough lights and looked gloomy. The towels provided are not really bath towels but cotton cloths cut into towel size.

Location - across the road from the railway station

Do not book an annex room unless you are on a budget and have no choice. The position of the hotel was ideal – just across the road from the train station and we were very pleased to find the entrance hotel to be very modern and presentable. Then we were told we were staying in the annex building around the corner and were given a typed sheet of instructions. We had to walk out of the hotel, turn left, then left again onto another street to find the annex entrance. When we arrived at the entrance it was very dark and very creepy. The old fashioned lift was very small and was also very creepy. We knew coming back to the hotel in the evening would be scary. Plus the room was very cheaply decorated. We called the reception to tell them the photos on the internet were deceptive and were told we could upgrade for an additional 30 euros per night. As it was late in the afternoon, we had no choice but to accept and were very happy to find the upgraded room which was on the first floor was very modern and very nice so we had an enjoyable stay. However, if we had known in advance that we would be paying such a high rate to stay there, we would have looked elsewhere. The annex experience put a dampener on our Florence visit.

Staff were excellent, always able to answer questions, provide good reccomendations for eating out and where to visit. The room we stayed in was in the annex round the back of the hotel, which was fine. The room was small but had everthing you could want, tv, fridge, free wifi and comfortable beds - the room was cleaned daily and the buffet breakfast was good. One if the big wins for us was the location, as it was ideally placed for all sites and travel arrangements. We would stay here again.

I liked and loved the hotel! Will absolutely recommend it to every one and syat theree again. I am a frequent travaler around Europe and can say it was so professional and so friendly you only can dream about! I printed the boarding passes without an efort, the manager is very professional, but very sincerely friendly! The guy at the breakfast is great! The rooms are of amazing design and quality. Free fast wi-fi. Everything was perfect, go there!

The only thing may be the desired fruit for breakfast. But it is easy to but any in the supermarket over the road. again-I love the hotel!

hotel is very nice and clean,is just opposite the train station, have a very good view through window. they support very delicious breakfast, everything is perfect. love it most .

It is just opposite to Florence train station, so convenience if you have tight train connection, and it's easy to find~ there is Sita bus station nearby that you can go to the outlet by Sita bus~ its not far away to walk to the town from hotel, it just takes around 15 min by walking~ free wifi with breakfast, room rate is competitive~ we just stay one night, therefore it's the best choice for us~ there is a very good restaurant nearby, Florece beef steak is a must to try!
